Look, those are seriously my experiences. Must I preface everything with some kind of disclaimer that shows im not a witness, dont want to be, and that witnesses ruined something very special in my life for me? If i wanted to out the witnesses, i would - i have alot of disdain there. But im not going to let that blind the fact of the positive things i experienced whilst in the borg.
Maybe it's because of statements like this..

Or maybe in spite of the fact that your chosen name is "Solace" your words are often angry and lash out at everyone who doesn't agree with you.At times,you seem to try to incite others to "attack" you.You call the posts on this website "drivel" but get upset when someone calls you on it ? It doesn't make much sense.
As for college being "banned" ...in many ways it is.Discussion of it in a favorable light is certainly banned as doing so will result in removal of privileges.Apparently it's not banned for someone who claims to be putting "spiritual interests first"(such as aux. pioneering but still going to colege) but for it is for your average publisher.How crazy is that ? Some elders might look the other way, some won't.During my time as an elder I saw many double standards and cover ups.Where's the consistency ? They're no different than "Christendom" which they constantly bash.Should they not be judged by their own standards and manner of operation ? When one claims to be "God's sole channel on earth" and that no one other than 'Jehovah's Witnesses has any solid basis to live through Armageddon', they darn well better prepare themselves for critical observation.
Look, while I appreciate accuracy in statements, this CULT does not deserve to be defended and splitting hairs on certain issues comes across that way.While we don't want to become so unbalanced that we make statements about JW's or the WT that have no truth in them, we also need to show the same attitude when reflecting on those here; many of whom continue to suffer from the heartless actions of a soulless organization.When one defends an abuser, what do you think the reaction will be by the abused and observers ? How one says things make a big difference and affects how seriously they will be taken.
