  What Is The Jehovah's Witness Religion To You?

  to me, the witness religion is either a hardcore group of watchtower dogma believing "kool-aid" drinkers or a group of non-believing, mentally and spiritually lazy zombies who value their friendships and family over principle.. there are those in the middle who i believe are too fragile to even want to think about reality..

  My origional reply to your post had more depth.

  In a perviouse TOPIC you mentiond you were not so addicted to this board as you once were.

  Many Jehovahs Witnesses iam sure feal the same way both to there religion and Congregation.

  There is an incredible amount of POWER IN BELONGING. Being a Messanger on this board I ENVY YOU. (I respect what you have achived) Becauuse you are sincere.

  If you read my prevoiusre reply to your topic i would only add THAT my hope is that the Jehovahs Witnesses Religion can have(HAD) a POSITIVE part in peoples lifes.

  As I approach my 40's ...

  once i passed 35 and as i approach my 40s i find that i'm really starting to enjoy myself and being true to myself, way more than teenagers even though they would like everybody to think otherwise.

  for example, one of the first things to go into oblivion was being concerned what people think about me.

  it is really easy to shake off unhealthy relationships with people as if they never were instead of toiling and desperately trying to make them work (i'm not talking only about intimate relationships but any).

  To me the Jehovahs Witness Religion is? (Good question MINIMUS)

  I think God created the light out of the darkness. The darkness doesnt exist. ITS the false thinking of people.

  To ME The Jehovahs Witness Religion is the darkness. It doesnt exist.

  But having escaped the darkness of Jehovahs Witnesses as an organisation I belive the light still shines (Oftern silently) on individual members of each congregation.

  So the Jehovahs Witness Religion To Me is the same as any Religion or Business organisation .Be careful not to loose your individuality.

  this book was written by marion pretzel.. as witnesses we were not eccouraged to read books outside the organisation.. did you secretly have books that you wished you could share even if they wernt from the faithful slave?.

  the above book is my personal all time favourite book.

  I JUST READ IT BEFORE GOING TO BED. ..... TO think as witnesses we surpressed real love.
