Having a bit of difficulty here...
by wanderlustguy ini haven't posted much in a while because i've been in deep thought about some recent events and trying to sort them all out.
i think you guys all know me well enough to know if i'm just freakin nuts or not...so assuming you all think i am sane...does this sound crazy to anyone else?.
when i got here, people kept telling me that if you come here, walk here, and are supposed to be living here, you will do so within a month of touching the ground.

All i can say is keep goin with it Wander,it's not often that things align"just so",in such a way that makes everything in your life fit together like a puzzle..congrats,..don't "try" to keep the streak goin, because if you do..it will stop, just go with the flow of things and you should be able to maintain your"roll"-KS

It means that fools who have no idea how an IP hash or rotating IPs work, and have no idea what kind of service a poster has, have no business making accusations against other posters based on their encrypted IP. Those little numbers down there at the bottom of the posts that some of you seem to think is a nail in the coffin of poster identity? THEY MEAN NOTHING! So all you super sleuths who think you've exposed a fraud? You haven't exposed ANYTHING except your own IGNORANCE.
Excellently put Odrade..if i logout of my net connection and log back in,i will have a different IP that's what a "Dynamic IP" means..
@changeling
I don't think Odrades post was directed at you per se,but rather the "A-Ha's" who think they've found something..-KS

I've read all the hubbub from the previous posts..and I have to ask...what the hell does it matter anyways? troll or no troll? I saw that same thing happen when "burningbridges" came here and all of a sudden when her MS page got deleted, everyone started screaming troll, and treating her like an animal..turns out her and her husband had a falling out, after he no doubt saw she was posting here from the spy software he had installed on her laptop, which apparently was the final straw for him...she must've had something going on in her life, and came her seeking advice and support, instead all she got was berated and treated like an enemy......when i see a bunch of people treat other people like this it irritates me,and even more than that it disgust and appalls me...I too thought this was a place where like minds could meet for support and all...but everyday,it's starting to look more, and more like a large Kingdom Hall complete with cliques, and slander to me...-KS

Dumping out my purse
by sweetface2233 inladies, how many of you have had this happen?
your cell phone is stashed in your purse and it starts ringing.
you plunge your hand in, hoping to grab it and begin the call.

Then I started thinking about my life. Why do I hold onto thoughts and memories, some good, some bad, from long ago that are having a bad affect on my current life and relationships? Why do I hold onto these things? How do I not let what has happened w/ many, many friendship/relationships in my past affect the ones I may have in the future? If I was treated poorly and abandoned in my past, how can I move forward not feeling that I'll be treated poorly and abandoned in my future?
I understand what you mean..I've recently had to do a little "cleaning" myself. It's a little easier for me because i don't really like most people i meet,so it's actually a chore to be around them.
The person who was "cleaned" was my now,ex-GF..she was a very miserable person..which in turn made me miserable too..i basically told her in so many words that i've decided to go "a different way" and that we should COMPLETELY separate....which also meant no more of her favorite pastime.."Myspace stalking"me, then getting an attitude about what i write in my blogs either. I basically told her that i plan to drain every good thing i can from every day of my life, and that I couldn't afford to do the misery thing anymore..we had already talked about this previously,so at this point she was bitter because of how "easy" it was for me to stop dealing with her.
I've also told her on numerous occasions about my JW friend,my best friend who i loved like my fleshly brother of 15yrs who i don't speak to today..and how one day,i just decided it'd be best if we went our own ways, because he planned to stay at the hall and subject himself to further jackass-ery,all while following the rules they laid down for him..and i planned to reclaim the rest of my life for myself..doing what I wanted to do for a change.
What i do i like to call "manual memory repression",wherein i deliberately scramble the details, and memories about and with a person till i forget the specifics about them, which makes moving on so much easier..the last thing i usually remember is the "high points" which when i compare it to where i am now,i think of how much better i could have been if it weren't for that person..makes things a LOT easier for me-KS

Ever encounter gypsies?
by Gregor inthere is quite large community of them in this area.
the more you get to know them or deal with them the less you like them.
what a strange and ugly culture.
-
KenseiShimonzu
I've never met anyone who claimed they were Gypsies, but most of the Gypsy women i've seen on TV and other..ahem.."movies" were gorgeous
I don't particularly care for ANY thieves though,i don't care what their origins are...the best way to get me to do violence is to steal something of mine..i work pretty hard for everything i have, therefore, when someone steals my posessions..they are in a way..stealing a piece of my life,or the time i had to do at a job somewhere to get the money to pay for what they stole...not good..very not good.
One thing i will say about this is..the word "Gyp" which means to cheat or swindle someone..is derived from the Gypsies name..I don't know what this means...-KS

"I've been blessed"
by changeling into me this is one the most nauseating sayings.
i hear it all the time.
"i'm sooo blessed, i got over that awful cold i had last week".. how are your kids?
-
KenseiShimonzu
@Tall Penguin
I do love proverbs from various cultures, the Taoist, and Latin being among my favorites, excellent quote Tall Penguin
It's funny how people talk about how they're"blessed"because of this or that...They used to hate when i asked the question:"If you say...found money lying on th ground, and you picked it up,you would say that was a blessing would you not?"
They say:"Well yes...yes i would..no doubt!"
Then i say:"Well..if Jehovah "blessed"you with that, then i guess that means he had to curse the person who lost it correct? The person who lost the money, may be in dire straits now because they REALLY needed that money....but you have fun with your "blessing".."God" robbed them,to add to your surplus according to your logic"
They usually get angry at that point and try and figure out a way where they'd be right..which will never happen, because it's inherently rhetorical and that's the main reason i asked it, because i know it has no answer that doesn't involve them being wrong, which they will never admit,lmao.-KS
