Minoan snake goddess, moses with snake on staff

i'm taking a humanities course and one of the things that keeps coming up is the snake god/goddess.
tonight i was reading about the minoan snake goddess and the healing powers that she was suppose to have and it brought up thoughts of moses and the snake around the staff that would cure the israelites if they looked at it.

No I know the answer! God is gracious and obviously He would be harsh if He said "you believed but you should have been baptized" in this case. He is infinitely wise and just and anyone with any wisdom would say that was unjust.
There are plenty of 'believe and be baptised' verses but no verses that say that baptism is necessary for salvation. Unless you know of any?
Baptism is a symbol act of what has already happened, dying to self and comes alive in Christ.

Best avoid that, the Bible directly warns against it!

If not then why aren't you going out and making friends and such? Your wife can only divorce you if you commit adultery right?

The most important thing is it is symbolic of what was to come, as indeed the whole of the Israelites and their quest (and ours).

However, once everyone has got used to the card, how much objection will there be to putting the chip in the body? After all, it is easy to forget or loose a card!
