reply from scully :: Conspicuous by its absence - there were no disclosures regarding being bonded or having insurance. I wouldn't hire them just on that basis alone. read farther into the site : When you use Janitorial For Security Sensitive Facilities, Inc. you can rest assured that your building, personal items and all confidential client related documentation will be safe and secure. Of course we are fully licensed, bonded and insured. Our on site employees are required to wear uniforms with proper identification. try reading a little farther than your nose next time

I would suggest a golden retriever, we had one for 15 years and she was the BEST dog regarding temperment and health. But you have to check the person out who sells you the dog also !

My husband is the PO's kid :) After looking at some more of the pictures posted on her site, I thought that I spotted Aaron P. (he has a brother Jason) Last time I heard, he was in a major accident with his motorcycle and was pretty messed up because of it. Could that have been him ???

Breakingfree,
I feel the same way about animals dying also.
I have found this little poem that I really enjoyed, and hopefully you will to.
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. You look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Do you guys remember the big push to baptize kids?
by isnrblog init was in the 80's i think but they began stressing the urgency of baptism for anyone who was "at an age of understanding".
i heard several assembly talks that said kids under ten could be baptized if they qualified.. this sticks in my mind because my kids were 12 or so and not qualified in my view.
my ex wife pushed my daughter into baptism at 12, she is now 32, not a witness and we both laugh about it.. www.isnrblog.com.

my sister was baptized at 16, df'ed at 18. This should be something that a person feels the need to do, not pressured into making a decision that will have serious effects years later if they realize that baptism was not the correct thing to do !

I think in many cases the CO is following the Society's dictates. Remember, the Society is his boss. "It's who ya know..." Very insightful comment !! when I was first attending the local meetings, one of my friends (an MS) told me something that took me a number of years to completely figure out: "When you finally decide to reach out in the congregation, remember that it doesn't matter' what you know, or what you do. The important aspect that will be noticed is who you know, and what THEY do."

sorry let me rephrase my 1st comment. Since I do not live near, or keep in contact with these people I found all this out during the past few days. This girl is the daughter of a PO who has stepped down because of her actions, the thing that completely blows me out of the water is the fact that while she and her brother were growing up, good old dad would state they were both going to be pioneers, and missionaries etc-etc. This comment below was taken off of her my space statement : My favorite past time is humiliating arrogant men, followed closely by making people uncomfortable. I like to surprise people. I buy ridiculous amounts of underwear...that's right, underwear, probably more than I will ever be able to wear, all from Victoria's Secret. I resent my father... a lot. And if you can access this account, check out the pictures that she has posted. The majority of her friends are kids that she grew up with AS JW's. What their current status is I have no idea. When I opened up her account I just couldn't believe it! Is this type of learned behavior common in jw congregations? i realize that that are a VERY sheltered bunch, and their kids seem to just go ballistic when they finally grow up and have the ability to make some decisions on their own.

The paragraph states "Gods people on earth will not literally tread down the wicked, that is share in executing his judgement upon them. Rather, this suggests that Jehovah's earthly servants will do so figuratively by wholeheartedly participating in the victory celebration that will follow the end of satans world." scriptures used are psalm 145;20 AND revelation 20:1-3 my question is this, just what celebration are they talking about? \This sounds like the wts is putting words in the bible that are not there ???
