  as you can probably tell, it's my first post here!

  i've visited this forum several times over the past few months and i've just decided to join and wade into the community.

  Your Shun None Card?

  mr hope not bob, ha ha.. hubby came up with the idea of a card to give people who do not speak, even though a person has not disassociated or engaged in any df conduct.. those who who simply "snub" you for lack of meeting attendance, inactivity etc.

  a business card that has the wt website on the back and the front to say this as a gentle reminder.

  to them as to what the org.

  Thanks for this link It is a long read but very informative. I had forgotten alot of these offenses considered for the disfellowshipping ritual....I enjoy saving these links they are great for reference if further needed. Some things simply jolted me on this read.

  so I felt "inspired" to divulge the WTS's dirty little secret to them.

  I was totally flabbergasted that they had not heard one single thing about the WT connection to the UN~! Not a hint!

  Did you get that evil little satisfaction of being able to say this? haha (this was a thread discussion last week)

  Good for you, it makes me feel a little braver to come out with things like this to my loved ones!

  Unbaptized men cannot carry a microphone or read the paragraphs or be attendants

  I guess our cong. was a little lax in that dept. Most of the young brothers did mic-handling as long as they had a suit jacket & tie. Oops maybe cause (Caliber) was in charge for that

  assignment.

  anyone think this could be a hit made to look like a suicide???.

  I agree, I think most people when they lose it there is an under lying cause. I give him the benefit of the doubt as to what he was feeling. I would not be an easy job interviewing a-hls.

  It was mentioned he suffered depression, anythings possible these days. Then didn't they say Marilyn Monroe suffered depression? And look at the story's about that case.

  i'll make this short and sweet as i'm up to my arm pits (not literally) in spud peeling and dinner making!.

  when i first left the jws and joined this forum my unanswered question was 'why'?

  'why' would the fds and jws at the top all continue their sharade and deception on so many?

  Yes, and travel that is one thing in particular that irked me. We were counseled over and over again about making due, not living elaborately etc etc and etc, yet each and every

  circuit assembly they would fly in speakers from Bethel and it would cost the circuit 2500 dollars +. What happened to normal passenger flights? What and imposition to the

  brothers/sisters. Most circuits own there assembly hall, we got conned to build them so we would not have these costs. Then you hear your deficit at the end of the weekend,

  (red flag) how much toilet paper did we use? How much electricity does it cost for 2 days? Where's the saving at all? More and more money.....

  .then the worst they can do is take your life, your mind, AND your money.

  Isn't that enough?

  Yes, Like those people who take it upon them self to personally mark you. You run into them at a restaurant or shopping etc, and they pretend they don't see you. Or just look straight

  at you when you say Hi, and they refuse to acknowledge you.

  Watchtower at my gate!

  after the last time jws came to my house (about 6 or seven years ago) and they promised to get back with me after discussing our discussion with the local elders --- which they didn't get back with me; well last week i found a wt folded and stuffed into my gate (i'm in a rural farm area).

  i guess i should've read it.

  i guess i should've at least looked past the cover but i just put in my burn barrel.

  That was one long heck of a coffee break they took! Sometimes in rural work people just leave stuff, count it as a placement and move on. It may not have been the same ones that

  came this time. Try not to let it get to you.
