I'm not sure, I have always had very high intuition even as a child.....
Many times i think if you do have high intuition you supress it being a jw because you think it could be
wrong.

do you think that being raised a jw may possibly leave you with more of an "intuition" than many folks out there in the world today?
being raised to "not use your head", perhaps our bodies try and compensate for this in other areas?.
knowing full well that "some questions" just cannot be asked within the organizational structure, perhaps we have had a bit more experience in knowing what one witness might already be thinking, because we already think like them to a certain degree?

don't know if i'm posting this on correct forum, but has anyone else received an email enititled 'watchtower!
' - i have zero idea how they obtained my email address, as i've only subscribed to ex-jw sites (even then, my email address would only be available to admin?
)- this and one other - (and this appears to be pro, indeed casting aspersions on 'conference call')?.
I have not recieved anything, but I have heard someone else mention this on another forum.

as some of you know my husband became ill and we lost our house in indiana.
my parents offered to help and although i really didn't want to do it knowing that my parents have limited resources i really didn't have a choice.
i also wanted to come back to a place that was familiar and where most of my family and friends are.
I'm so sorry to hear of all the stress you are under going right now, I do hope things will turn around for your family.
You are doing all that you can try not to let them get the best of you. I know that it is easier said then done but my
thoughts are with you.

when you first heard them.
i must admit it's a rare occurence for song lyrics to shock me; however, it does happen.
one that i can think of offhand is that buck cherry song "crazy bitch.
How about poker face by Lady Gaga....but i still love the song....
Also I love the song "I kissed a girl and I liked it" Kate Perry, had to listen to that a couple of times because I thought i
was hearing things.
the past three weeks having been so stressful and very sad.
my ex husband died after being in hospital for just over a week in intensive care.. i was just 18 and he was 21 when we first met and after a whirlwind romance we married 6 months later and have two sons together who are now adults.
although our marriage ended after 25 years and i remarried 7 years ago, he was my first love and i knew him for most of my life.
I'm really sorry Maddie, the past year has been a most difficult one for you. I do hope things turn around for you in
being able to have a relationship with your son and grand daughter.

last night the co came to visit.
he gave a talk that centered around a christian's ability to function well within the organization.
there are many christians who are having problems in their personal lives and this can be traced to one thing.
I bet that talk raised a lot of eyebrows.....

our special guest on the six screens of the watchtower conference call, saturday may 9, 7 p.m.est will be a former jehovah's witness gilead graduate and missionary.
his electrifying you tube videos are attracting many people and exposing the watchtower for so many of their false doctrines.
you may know him better as awakened at gilead who will fill us in on what really goes on behind the "spurious" doors of gilead.so do something extraordinary this saturday, dial in to the conference call.
That should be an excellent interview.....

i'm sure you can think of many different examples of how witnesses simply accept a point of view or a lifestyle and just live with it!.
think of something that all jws must accept.....no blood.
no matter how you scripturally rationalize it, witnesses do not follow their own interpretation of "abstaining" from blood.
You accept what is set before you no questions asked, since father knows best....in this case the Gb....
Hi everyone been a long time miss you all...

so i've been out of jw's about a year.
i've done a lot of research since then etc.
but just in the past month or so i cannot look at wt publications.
It takes time to want to even think about the pain you felt, the lies, the doctrine....then one day sometimes things click and you want to help
others so the research begins.....
