if I ever did pray (I was never much of a prayer) I believe I'd cease praying all togther if thermo nuclear war was to break out, how much use would it be?

Anyone recall a time when your congregation came to the aid of a Brother or sister in need??
by jam ini'm not talking about a individual, but a congregation as a whole.. i'm talking about a brother or sister that really hit hard times.. have there ever been an occasion where the brothers (elders).
decided to dip into the kh funds and help one in need????.
example, brother loose his job, get evicted, family of four or.

yes , in the years that I attended my cong it happend once when I was at the meeting but it was announced, I managed to get a few snippets from my father and he said it was for a sister (divorced twice) who didnt have enough cash to service her car!

I was "totally" stopped in my tracks by an "atheist" comment.
by booker-t ini must admit i can at times be a little "egotistical" when it comes to knowledge and the bible.
i have studied the bible for so long and have always had a passion for the bible as a jw and as an ex-jw.
i guess that is all i have left when it comes to religion and as humans we do tend to stroke our egos.

this animal attends my old congregation where his father inlaw Ian Campbell is an elder there, his wife gave birth within the last couple of years but was presserized into moving to a nearby congregation Mitcham, the stupid idiot has decided to stand by him , he can visit his baby once a fortnight under strict Child Services supervision, thank goodness there are some that do care about children and babies, this animal who is in "good standing" likes to rape them. I'm shunned by the folks there!
