NOAH's Greatgrandpa Methuselah - Did He Drown or What?

according to my book of holy fables (gen 5:27), noah's greatgrandpa methuselah died aged 969 years, in the exact same year noah floated away to a damp new world in a box full of tame animals.

but the bible does not say that he was among those who died in the flood.. according to bible mathmatics, adam was alive when methuselah was born making methuselah the only human link between adam and noah.. so what happened to poor old methuselah?

did jehovah, out of respect, wait till the old boy carked it before having it piss down on the rest of humanity?

Memorial Problem

I think when another 'christian' judges and condemns other so called 'christians' its like the pot calling the kettle black...

Its all based on another human's ideas... no religion has proof of anything they state as facts... thats why they are all called 'religous FAITHS'!

All is a matter of 'styles' of doing the basic same thing... I pass it... you eat it... I drink it... you pass it... it has exactly the same effect:

Gratifying yourself because you did what you had 'faith' in... and then bullying others into doing it your way or get destroyed/burned/ etc etc...

Reminds me of the Liliput wars from Gulliver's Travels... what is the correct way to eat an egg? Mine... so if you dont like it lets WAR!!!!

I got a memorial invite today!!! whoo hoo!!!

i found it in my mailbox along with the rest of the junk mail.. i took a set of magazines from a couple of jw women last may thinking i could anti-witness to them when they did a return visit on me.

i was even nice to them, but they never came back.

so now i'm wondering if this memorial invitation was their "return visit" or if they're putting them in everyone's mailbox in an effort to boost their holy statistics by inviting everyone in their "territory".. w.

It's been 16 yrs since I left... and every year my parents ((still in)) invite me... every year I say no thanks... but this year was different... My dad got mad and upset and asked "What did jehovah ever do to you that you hate him so much?"

My answer was simple.. I dont hate jehovah cause you cant hate fictional caracters...

I dont expect an invitation next year...
