  Someone else said here that we inherited sin from Adam and Eve so we were "setup" to sin. No matter how "good" we are we are always sinning. Where am I going w/this?ummmmmm

  I think you were tryin to say that the god of the bible punishes unjustly as he did with Moses. David also was not allowed to constuct the temple cuz he played nasty with Bathsheeba and the task was given to his son who ended up with thousands of concubines which made him leave the truth......................I mean god, and he joined another church.....I mean he followed other gods. ( fricken dubs brainwashed me)

  Doesn't matter......Eve ate the apple cause she was "thoroughly deceived".....Adam ate the apple knowing full well what he was doing. Which makes him twice as dumb as her.

  Eve was the one who was approched by Satan and had the long conversation. She even re-quoted gods words to her"as for the tree in the middle of the garden you should not eat, for the day you eat from it you will die". That little biatch KNEW what she did and she blamed it on the snake.....just like a woman. She even told Adam if he would eat also that she would give him sex (see Gen. 50:27) some bibles omit that part...but it's in mine.

  But, IF the OT only applied to the Jews, whether as individuals or The Nation, then maybe WE are the ones who are reading the scripture wrong. Maybe the scriptures you cited don't apply to us at all.

  Forget about "us". Apply it to the jews and it STILL makes no sense since all the scriptures I cited applied to the jews. David was a jew...and god killed his son for his error when his own law said god would not do that. If god will be untruthful to the jews, he'd do the same to a gentile.

  My Aid Book illustration was an oldtime law many witnesses used for saving seats at assemblies. I don't know what they use now.

  As for you finding Christ and knowing a love you have never known.....I'm grateful you have that Granny....I really mean that and hope you never lose that. If oneday I can believe the son of god actually died for me, then I too will believe as do you once again.......I promise

  where, or what site would i go to that would lead someone to be able to read the hideous wts policy on hiding the pedophiles within the congregations?

  where could they see this "in the wts' own words" so as not to be an "apostate's view", but would clearly show how the wts instructs the jws to avoid bringing in the legal/police aspect and relying on the elders to "take care of matters"?

  i can't seem to find what i'm looking for today.....

  Now, could it be, that all of the OT applied only to the Jews, and all of the NT only applies to Christians?

  Well my friend, even if the O.T. only applied to the jews....it doesn't negate the fact that god contradicted himself. He plainly said a fathers sins didn't reflect on his son.......yet god killed many sons for the fathers error.

  The N.T. tells us that "in Adam all are Dying" in the book of Romans. Jesus also was aware and spoke of this matter. The bible asking us not to sin is like asking a blind person to see again.
