well, this is my first post here, and i'm kind of doing it in secret, cause i know if my parents knew of my "poisoning myself with apostates" they would not be happy at all.
anyways, my story is; i'm 17, i've been brought up "in the truth" my whole life, and now i'm starting to question the wt and christianity in general, and i have nobody to talk to about it.
i feel awkward about talking to my witness friends about it, cause i worry that if i speak out against the organazition and the wrong people (i.e; young ones around here that would never think of questioning the society) hear about it, it might result in my punishment (reproof or dfing).
Welcome Red!

the set up
it was getting close to noon and elese decided to give her mother a call to let her know she was ready to be picked up.
sara said she had to stop by the kingdom hall to drop off some ice for the brothers doing the remodeling.
Awesome! I wish it could have gone like this for me, instead of my "unbelieving" dad thinking I don't know what the hell's going on here, so I guess I'll just stay gone & work more. But maybe those that know just what the jws are all about are best equipped to deal with them.
But anyhow, you are a good dad & your ex is a poor excuse for a mother
i recently went for a check-up and i was told everything was better than "normal".
i exercise for a couple of hours a day about 4 or 5 days per week, especially in the summertime...so far so good.
what about you?
I work out a lot, avoid junk good, drink minimally, & avoid people that stress me out & are dysfunctional. I also find gardening theraputic
well my mother and i have been talking more.
she even calls me instead of the other way around.. yesterday we talked about my finances and school.
my loans and awards looked like they were not going to cover my tuition.
That's so cool!
she donated it to locks of love & this week was the first i saw it.
she was born with enough hair to hold barrettes!
it was always long, curly & super thick.

She did cry that night codeblue. In the shower, she at first said she couldn't stand to touch it, she didn't like the feel of it.
Thanks RR for sending that, what a wonderful charity.
before i go into what the hell is going on, i need to give you some background.... .
over two years ago, i moved out on my roomate.
he's always been jealous of me, and he was getting his family members to threaten me with eviction over a dumb issue.
Good idea Nos. In other words, he was stalking you. Best way to deal with stalkers is to ignore them. It is good that the forum removed your comments, maybe your x-friend was exagerating a bit, eh?

Bummer! I found out the hard way never to tello anyone on the net who you are, where you live, or any pertinent information. Also, never ever put anything on the internet you do not want to see on a website, in a Yahoogroup, or anywhere else.
Sorry you are going through this!

Thanks you guys, it sure took guts to cut that much hair off! Actuyally, i told this to a co-worker, & she said when she was 11 she had a benign braing tumor & her hair fell out, & how traumatic that was.
