Wifes parents want to visit.

i thought it was because they did not approve that we did not have anything to with the dubbers.

i was walking downtown in the morning when i crossed paths with one of the sisters from the hall.

as i was walking toward the little cell phone shop she had just walked out of when she looked right at me and whirled on her heel 180 degrees and walked really fast to the bank.

Organ transplants...cannibalism?

i had heard that in the 1960's, the watchtower society forbade organ transplants, based on the bible stating it was cannibalism.. is there anything in writing in any of their books or cd library that verifies that stance?.

can you give me a list of where i can find this material?.

Hmm. What about the Mosaic law that prohibits the eating of a flesh removed from a live animal? I guess Crooklyn just wanted to let that sleeping dog lie.

Is it the JW's or the God of the bible you no longer believe?

i have a question for the ex-jw's on this forum after months of reading the forum..... many say how good it is to be free of the oppressiveness of the jw's that they can now enjoy the freedom to... have sex, celebrate christmas, gamble, embrace politics etc.

there are still biblical scriptures and principles in place that if you still followed the bible would mean you avoid these things and yet these are now embraced as one of the perks of no longer being a jw so in my confusion i ask.... if these are what you want, isn't it more correct to say you no longer follow the bible as apposed to just the jw's?.

The serpent-god Ouroboros, who continually devours his own tail, represents eternity, infinity, and things cyclical in nature. The wearing of a ring symbolizing Ouroboros amounts to worship, or at the very least, glorification of Ouroboros; an appeal to the Entity to bless ones marriage with eternity. Similarly, the mounting of a ring to the sword of a warrior was an appeal to Ouroboros to bestow infinite life in battle to the sword-bearer.

Your unsupported assertions that celebrating Christmas amounts to worship of false gods pale in the face of the serpent-worship inherent in the giving and wearing of wedding rings. It is clear that Christmas is the gnat; wedding rings are the camel.

And as a concluding thought; "he who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much".

Reniaa, do you wear a wedding ring? If you are unmarried, would you wear a wedding ring? Are you aware that the giving of a ring during marriage ceremonies was first practiced by Germanic pagans... and that the ring symbolized Ouroboros, a very "satanic"-looking serpent god who continually ate his own tail, giving him the shape of a ring? Furthemore, rings were also attached to swords as good luck charms in battle.

Please don't jump around like a skittish little witness. Just answer yes or now, do you wear a wedding ring, and were you aware of the above facts?
