I have found since my departure for the JW's that when I do run into them I'm pretty spiteful towards them, with the exception of one or two. The others can just kiss my ass.

What happens when you pull an instant fade?
by bluecanary ini left the jws one year ago by moving accross the country and not going to a new hall.
the dubs in my last hall knew i was moving and they know i haven't requested my card for a new hall.
what do they usually do in such a circumstance?.

Maybe you should contact one of the other members here, I cannot remember who. I remember seeing thread from one poster that is still in that said he could get your records transfered to wherever, not another KH, but yet maybe to you personally. This would make your old congo feel that you are in good standing. Then just fade....

My Assignment For Ray Franz
by sacolton intoday i met the widow of ed dunlap, who was of the watchtower writing committee and a great thinker.
he found that the watchtower was not in harmony with the scriptures, so they disfellowshipped him.
when ray franz was disfellowshipped, it was ed who took him in and gave ray a job and a place to stay.

by freewilly01 ini had a huge light bulb on moment as i wasy in therapy dealing with a nasty anxiety disorder for many years and having a huge trigger in my life finally silenced.
it was almost the last thing that i thought i would end up doing expecially if you asked my wife and myself even a year before our decision to " live " thats how i view it not decision to leave...........it was a decision to live.. .
my therapist psychiatrist asked me who are you?

The biggest scandals in your local congs
by jacethespace inwhat was the biggest scandals[or incidents] in your own congregations that got you starting to doubt whether the watchtower was what it made itself out to be?.
one the things for me was the attitude of the people in the congregation after i had took some time off meetings and then returned again.i quickly realized there was no unconditional love only conditional love.also when the watchtower had a letter read out from the platform warning us to not watch the bbc panarama documentary on the watchtowers child abuse problems.and everyone just avoided watching it and said that it was "satan"trying to use anything to get us out the "truth".

I knew of some in several congregations that were trying to get others to invest into their computer business of sorts. Many invested a lot of major $$$ into it and several years later nothing has came of it. So far they have not seen any return on their investment. Several people lived on these investments until it ran dry. There was even a part on a drama that reflected this business in particular.

by keyser soze inwhen using a public restroom, how do you feel when a complete stranger pulls into the urinal right next to you and starts up a conversation with you?
do you feel indifferent, slightly uncomfortable, or violated?.

By then the coversation has started you have turn around and face the guy...his shoes might get wet....
