  THE FOREST, AGAIN

  master ...... master ...... we had a very scary disturbance in the forest last sunday, master .....

  Why do men have nipples???

  i always did wonder about this, i mean, what function do they have and further, if, just supposing that we are made in the image of god, does god himself have the equivalent of nipples?

  any insights proffered?

  Why keep doing to memorial?

  if i recall correctly, jws teach that jesus returned and has been present since 1914. if this is true, then why do they keep observing the memorial?

  *** 1 corinthians -26 ***.

  keep doing this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.

  Strangest experience on field service?

  i think the strangest experience i had on the ministry was when i spoke to a witch and she said she knew i was a jw and that the devil told her all the details of armaggeddon,etc.

  it was so funny lol.

  also i remember someone telling me that all of a sudden they became ill and when trying to go through the congregation door they just couldnt get through because a force was stopping them, so what then happened was that the elders asked her if anyone had given her anything so she said then recalled bying something seond hand, so guess what she realised this gold ring she bought might have been owned by someone demonised so she got rid of it and then her ilness went and she could get through the congregation door, how mad is that .

  when i was in the truth i thought that the most ludicrous and petty ruling they ever introduced and still practiced is that congregation book study conductors were and are responsible for collecting every group members report.

  surely every member ought to be responsible for his/her own actions.

  at the beginning of the following month and certainly before the 5th i would always receive the stupid telephone call from the secretary are you aware that 3 publishers havent reported?

  I know I lied on my field service report sometimes.Also on my study report.When my son and I missed our family study I would count it anyway.And the I would feel guilty because of that scripture"He that is unrighteous in little is also unrighteous in much." Sheesh,all I ever did was go around feeling guilty.NOW I AM FREE FROM GUILT!

  surely every member ought to be responsible for his/her own actions.

  as i survey my extended family and former congregation, a pattern clearly emerges.

  it's a familiar one , called "bait and switch".. people hurt.

  Hi metatron,

  My entire family drifted away(Me,my son,mother,two sisters and two brothers)and now we all feel healthier and more stable.There's not one person in my family still in it so nobody has to be shunned! It just took me a little longer than the rest to leave.

  JW funeral and I am DF'd

  i have not been a very active poster lately [have you missed me?].

  there has been plenty of drama in my life the last few weeks, and my time has been absorbed by it.

  my grandma is seriously ill, and has but a few more months to live.

  I have definitely noticed your absence.Glad you're back.So sorry about you grandmother.I say go to the funeral,sit with your family and don't worry about what the elders think.They should not be allowed to dictate where you sit at a time like this.My best to you!
