  i was at a amusement park here in calgary today.

  my jw mother and my young brother came to visit for a week,so me and my sister thought it would a nice idea to take them to do something fun.

  i guess they had a part of it called hallo street and my mom was getting all sketched out from all the halloween decorations around.

  There were three versions of this document in the evidence to the 9 court cases settled a few years back. Barbara Anderson has copies of these in her Commentary to the CD that contains copies of all the court documents.

  Verson 2 of the Commentary has the forms on page 66 (1989); page 67 (1992); and page 68 - 69 (1993).

  The 1993 form is 2 pages. It is the one that has the question about whether the victim was somehow responsible. This question was not on the first two versions of the Telememo.

  I have had a mortgage loan or two with them. Unfortunately when I sold one house and the buyer financed with Wells Fargo which may have been sold to Chase. He got behind with his payments. Chase turned it over to a collection agency who broadcast in legal notices to the whole state the house was in that I was in default and it was being foreclosed. The only way I knew was that the Post Office forwarded a dozen letters from attorneys wanting to help me with the foreclosure. I called Chase mortgage and the first lady I spoke with refused to even listen to the problem because the loan was not in my name. She hung up on me.

  I called back and asked for a supervisor and the young man refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I said would you please at least listen to my problem I don't want you to tell me anything about the loan. I will tell you. He finally agreed and after listening to me decided I needed to speak with a supervisor. DUH!!

  I have had an account with a credit union since about 1976. They are fantastic. Rates are usually lower. The customer service is usually better. You own a piece of it as a member. Deposits are fully insured just like the big banks.

  Even Suze Orman recommends credit unions over the big banks.

  Has anybody takin' Prilosect for gall bladder problems

  i went to the doc last week told of my symptoms and she.

  suspect a gall bladder problem.

  so i have to take this med for a week to see if it relieves the sypmtoms.

  Before you get talked into surgery, read this book - "The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse" by Andreas Moritz. This book explains how the liver and gallbladder work and how the stones form. It explains how to flush them out. I did a similar olive oil flush about 10 yrs ago when I was having gallbladder problems and it worked. I was already scheduled for surgery and cancelled it after talking to several co-workers. The instructions I found on the Internet did not say you should do the flush several times over months to completely clear all the stones from your gallbladder and liver though. I personally would not do the colonic they recommend in this book but there are alternatives suggested. I get my books pretty cheap online at www.half.ebay.com

  i have the email addresses of friends and family with whom i'd like to share the information out there on the candice conti case and other wt revelations that you never hear about while on the inside.

  i don't use the addresses i have for this because i don't want to cause a further rift between myself and what's left of my lifes social and family network.

  i don't want them to leave the organization, i just want them to know what's going on behind the scenes so that they know exactly what they are basing their whole life around.. i have often wondered if any on here have ever exchanged email address with one another so that information such as the conti case can be sent sort of anonymously to our "still in" witness friends and family.

  I wrote an email to my brother this morning expressing my concern that as an elder now he might get caught up in some of these cases. You guys have provided some excellent links to the actual California court documents which I used. Directed him specifically to the depositions of the two elders and the letter from them to the WTS and WTS's reply. I also quoted from his secret Elders manual, citing specific page and paragraph.

  First I sent it to my daughter (not a JW) to review and get her thoughts on whether I should send it to him or not. I'm waiting for her response.

  A couple days ago I forwarded my JW sister the video cedars did. I sent is as a forward to deflect some of the 'kill the messenger'. I didn't hear from her for a couple days so I called her about something else. She was friendly but didn't mention it.

  Thanks harleybear. I was just a little disappointed when I realized the WTS wasn't responsible for the whole thing. I agree Candice will probably not get anything out of Kendrick but at least she's get some out of WTS. At least the WTS will get some well deserved bad publicity.
