thanx for the poem tallyman,and interesting
interpretation.it was apparent to me that
henley considered himself above reproach,which is
typical of egomaniacs .he was clearly more affraid
of being a hypocrite than admit he was merely human
and had no control over his fate.it was more trying
to slap God in the face by his statement not
fearing what was in the scrolls.this is in stark
contrast to how most people want to be remembered.
it sounds like something hitler would take
pride in which is what our local news stated.
although mcveigh and hitler were guilty of taking
innocent lives ,the justice system cannot morally
take their lives and remain innocent.so there is
plenty of blood on the heads of all involved.
even those in the justice system think they are above
reproach on the same philosophy but thats another
discussion.
heathens have more fun but often screwed up philosophies -

Life without Religion
by edwkey inlike many of you i dedicated many years of my life searching for the "true" faith or religion.. after researching and considering religion i came to the conclusion that there is not such.
i decided to worship god in my own temple.

Help with sister who's considering joining the WTS
by kitty ini've been reading this board for a couple of weeks now.
because of it, i've ordered and received "crisis of conscience" and have begun to read it.
i've also done many searches about jehovah's witnesses, the watchtower society, disfellowshipping, etc.

In my opinion all religions are cults.They all
deviate from TRUTH at some point playing to
what's popular just so they can have a following
and extort monies from the ignorant.My advice would
be to let your sister live her own life and decide
for herself that way she will have no one to blame

I'll just keep this on a scientific observation opinion, first off that is the most rediculous thing I've ever read.By the year AD 2975 it's a safe bet this planet will be uninhabitable due to polution and over population,and the threat of nuclear war would be a reality due to the common mistrust between nations that hunger power and stewardship over one another.At the current rate they are distroying the environment do to greedy commercialism all I can see is a dismall picture were no one is left within the next 100 years let alone 1000 years.notice I quoted no scripture although I could ,but I really am a heathen.BTW pomagranate is so cool, now put that in your pipe and smoke it!
