The WTBTS will never give up it's position on blood since they are a legalistic corporation that would no doubt look into the legal situation first before it concerns itself with the lives of it's members . Remember the end is so very nye you will only be dead for a short while .They would leave themselves open to law suits for coecing it's members into subjection to it's rules . It's obvious to me that the mosaic rules are not aplicable since the apostle Paul always refuted the unnecessary compliance to the law in reguards to circumsizm . All that remains of the law is peace , love and unity , the new laws in place are based on Love especially.

donuthole- If you read the public version of the WT and awake they recently had an article on how the anointed are chosen by God . When you get baptized at some point after God give you holy spirit which would make it obvious beyond a doubt that you are in the flock but only to you today , back in the first century they had gifts from the spirit such as speaking in toungues , prophesy , healing and such but today they don't claim any such power , even tho the scripture does state ," in the final part of the days men servants would prophesy and have visions and female slaves would prophesy and old men would dream dreams," (I'm guessing it's to do with dream interpretation). Now I do know an "anointed" that claims to experience nothing out of the ordinary .

Just looks like another of those articles where they want to claim infalibility yet won't come out and say it . Since God apointed them we have to accept their inconsistancy as the perfect will of God . Of course they won't say that all "anointed" are equal since women are yet a sub group of the anointed and not allowed to lead the organization nor preach or hold any authority in the congregation . I don't like the part where they make it sound as if the "anointed" were always good christians , the apostle Paul was clear that they were just as immoral as everybody else prior to their conversion and many did leave to start their own sects . Some returned after commiting gross sinful acts .

Some good points being made about beards. God and christ are both seen as having beards in heaven even , the WTBTS depicts all angels as having beards where as I don't recall seeing any pics of the devil with a beard . I think the hair situation was more about being separate from the world but the apostle Paul tried to say that only women could have long hair but in the mosaic law the rite of the nazarite was to not cut his hair unless in morning or toward the end of his term .

no kidding !! These people can't sing along with the music for sh!t . Unbelievable how they write this music for piano yet they are tone deaf . That stuff is absurdly difficult for people that don't have any music training and are expected to sing along regardless .
