  sorry for the redundancy of this being the 3rd article out of this magazine i've made a thread on- but i felt it was important to share these quotes from the aricle titled " make your way successful - how ?

  " i think you'll see the extreme dissing of higher education here and guilt tactics used to discourage jw members from getting a college education or earning a decent living.. under the subheading " higher education " ?

  it states, " a christian has a scriptural obligation to care for his family, and that includes providing for their material needs.

  yah right , you can pass up better opportunity if you want but when come time for the monthly shake down you will have to listen to how short they are on money and how much a slack a$$ you are . they really are disgusting

  this is one subject that really annoyed me when i was a jehovah's witness - and i find it still annoys me after being out 7 years from the jw's.

  the title of this jw only wt study article is " have regard for those who are working hard among you ".

  in my opinion there always seemed to be a double standard in which rank and file publishers were always told to be patient with elders shortcomings - however if rank and file publishers slipped up - elders would be into admonishing and disciplining them like flies attracted to dung with no delay.

  I think it's more like elders will spy on you and follow you around while using gps or any government agency just to impose their will on you

  -do they leave room for it as a possibility for jehovah to have created the universe?

  (i heard an elder say once that the society doesn't necessarily rule out the big bang as a possiblity).

  keep in mind the WTBTS never says they are right about anything just simply that it's some sort of light that one is never to contradict unless they themselves give permission to do so . Very sneaky control mechanism

  in just a few days reopened mind and me will be taking that big trek up to the north country.

  we have hit very few road blocks in the last months getting ready for our move.

  we will not be able to get high speed internet were we are moving to.
