bump...jwsurveys commentary video with clips of JC video is still up. I saw on another thread that someone thought it was taken down by the WTS.
(see link above)
i am going crazy watching this thing.
i can't believe how ridiculous it is.
cedars gives a great commentary on his site, via a youtube video.. here is the link to his site where you can watch the video with his commentary:.

Hopefully WT scum can't force him to take it down, because with his commentary it should fall under 'fair use'
Good Job getting this out there...and thank-you to your source.

a story from my days as the accounts servant (not verbatim).
me: hello, [brother] here's your copy of the money slip for this meeting, i just finished the count.. cong.
secretary: thanks... who counter signed that there?.
Justitia...I was also accounts "servant" for about 5 years. Worst. Job. Ever. I feel for my wife who was a trooper waiting till everyone left so I could count the funds
I remember pounding my fists on the dining room table many a night...so I laughed when you said that. Sisters definately should have been allowed to do that, I can't tell you how many times I felt highly unqualified conducting a BS session while sisters who could "bible" me up and down the block were there...and would have done a better job.
I guess I got off track this was about "maths"
Sorry your husband dumped his "priviledge" on you.
i heard from a reliable source that there will be no more 2 day assemblies, but instead 2 one days each year.
anyone heard this yet?
supposed to start new service year.
Didn't have time to read through posts now...Is this confirmed fo'sho'? Have you had the letter read at your hall?? I want to tell my wife about this announcement but want to be sure. Thanks.
it is amazing how bethel is the best at making apostates!
i wonder how many new up and coming apostates the new wt headquarters will generate?.
what nice and fresh stories will surface from the secluded and private wt hub?
I've seen a lot of ex-bethelites on this board...but have not seen / know of any DOs or COs. Do you? Any stories of Aposta'DOs / COs?
i believe it is mostly guilt.
many witnesses pioneer or "reach out" in the religion because they feel guilty.. they may feel they aren't doing enough.
they may have secretly "sinned" against rules imposed by the organization.
Fear of displeasing Jah = death! Not having that fear anymore is an amazing feeling, even though I'm technically 'in' so to speak, my brain is free. I wake up every day not worrying about falling through a giant crack in the earth while chunks of concrete fall on top of me. (gotta love those illustrations)
~TD, mentally free since 2008
i am just putting this out there.
notice how they repeatedly stress that the proceedings are not a trial or legal proceeding?
is this their way of putting out their position so that they have a legal defense against challenges of those disfellowshipped?
Why would those douche bags stress something that is plainly obvious...Clearly it's not a legal proceeding as they are not elected / appointed judges or lawyers in a court of law. I swear everyone in this cult takes f%$#@ing crazy pills.
Was this a serious question? I don't ever recall seeing any kind of church etc with an on-site grave yard. Why in the world would this ever be considered? Maybe I'm wrong...or maybe this is common in your country (if you're outside the U.S.) Just seemed like a weird question. Maybe I need another cup of coffee...
does anyone know what going on with ajwrb's website?.
"this domain maybe for sale!
buy it now!
Minimus, with all due respect to a long time poster / asker of questions / former JW Elder etc...;-) Your question to Lee seems a little rude (imho anyway)
You said: Lee, exactly what have you accomplished? JWs still won't take blood. No JW that I know of has changed their opinion about blood.
Isn't that just as dumb as asking Paul Grundy 'what his jwfacts.com site has accomplished? The WTS still exists?'
How is he supposed to answer that weird question?
People have obviously said it has helped them...Hasn't he done something good right there?
That was was of the 1st sites that started to open my eyes.
Thanks Lee
i have to go with seattle.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ozsrq3hujme.

prologos to answer your question ea team has a cap...they can only spend so much for top talent. Actually many of the difference makers were NFL cast offs who were low draft picks and / or undrafted free agents.
Here's what one of the Seahawks scouts said about this 2013-2014 team
"The Seahawks are not just talented. They are mysteriously talented. They are comprised not only of draft-day afterthoughts who have become quality starters but draft-day afterthoughts who have become stars. It is as confounding as it is rare."
