  around christmas time, people tend to eat too much and gain weight.

  do you gain weight easily?

  does it get you mad to see some people eat alot and stay slim?

  Sooooo true! I mean, how can you expect to find a loving partner if what you are looking for is an Ideal weight / frame / body type? Who you marry or fall in love with, or (Lust should I say, for those body type seekers) will probably change, physically, over time. If you really love someone, weight and looks do not matter. In the beginning, you may be attracted to them for that reason but that isnt what keeps people together.

  BTW, Have any of you seen the movie Shallow Hal?

  Ok, Ok,

  I'll admit, Im messin with ya, but only because most women are already concerned enough about their weight. I dont really have issues with my appearance and weight as much as I used to. Funny thing is, I obsessed over it when I was only 115 lbs. I have a more realistic viewpoint and body image now that Ive had children. People used to tell me I would look better if I gained weight and I thought they were nuts.

  Honestly though, I cant imagine liking or disliking somone over their weight, especially 10 lbs. I hope you arent limiting yourself and avoiding women just because of their weight. You could be missing out on many good relationships.

  And the difference is?? Are you saying I have big bones, and if I did, do you think its bad?

  I am your exact height at 5 ft 8 inches. I fluctuate between 130 & 135 lbs. depending on what I eat or "that time of the month" ya know, the water retention thing.

  So anyway,

  Are you saying Im a fat person given my height / weight?

  I buy the peanut butter, herbalife, protien bars. I have hypoglycemia and have to stay away from sugar, although I love it. Those are low fat, low carb, great with coffee and they keep me going until lunch.

  Questioning someone about their beliefs and flatout telling someone that their belief is wrong are two different things.

  Some of the previous comments were oozing with sarcasm, they were NOT simply questioning someones beliefs. Im not saying that YOU said these things but I think you are aware of which ones Im referring to.

  Frankly, Im not sure what I believe anymore. I do know that I will NEVER again act as if I know it all. I did at one point and guess what? I was wrong. Im not a witness anymore and refuse to behave like one.

  Is there any difference between the man who insists he knows that God exists and the man who insists he knows that God does not?

  What a sweet & thoughtful thread to start for the holidays. Just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

  Seriously, Like WE know EVERYTHING about what exists in the entire universe and beyond? Puhlease.... I think not. As long as it isnt hurting anyone, people should be free to believe whatever they choose, be it God, pink unicorns, or whatever without being judged, ridiculed, or taunted.
