Wow it's been forever since I've posted. I've healed a lot since my first post last year. My mom still shuns me, and I phone her when I'm drunk crying for her...and well it always ends in a fight. I hate it.
I did write my long letter to my mom, despite the warnings I got from everyone on this site. Maybe I should have listened to some of you and not written 80 pages to her...lol. Needless to say, they didnt read all of it, and just dismissed as we're imperfect and the 'society' makes mistakes.
I love to write, and have been thinking of writing a book on my life. Not only as a JW, but just in general. Most of it would be kind of a biography without my real name, and the latter of it will include my findings out about this obsurd religion!

After reading this post, I typed in YHWH in the WT cd rom. This is from the Rbi8 which I think is the Reasoning book but not sure. Are they basically saying that they pronounce Jehovah as that because it is common, accepted and has familiarity? Hmmm. I'd stick to plain ol YHWH then as there is not as much controversy to that name.

First century governing body?

where in the bible does it actually say that?
to me governing body is just a dictatorship of men who think they are right and can control, no different than the governments....governing body set rules, and ultimately decide your future as far as i'm concerned.

Please, If anyone has read any of my preivious post, know that i'm not at JW hater. I can't in my right mind hate them, cause I use to think, feel, talk, act the same way.
a&g HAS helped me more than he knows. For this I'm thankful.

I'm totally cool A @ G, i guess i hate the fact that i even i sit here drunk pissed off at the religion, and it was YOU who helped me over come my issues..............you have no idea. some people on this forum take this as a joke. they actually dont get the fact that this religion is/ was/is all they know.
