Madoff was a Ponzi artist... if we learn anything from this cat it should be this...if it sounds too good to be true...it isnt.
I know some of his funds sucked in some trickle down investors ... who were needed to make the core scheme work.

so yesterday i was watching the news and i saw something about secret santa.
there is this movement of people who hand random strangers $100 bills at places like laundry mats and thrift stores.
so i was "moved" and decided to give it a shot.

i've cooked the roast lamb, made an extra small 1 for dinner and it's delish.

i had run some errands today, got out the house close to noon, and it was about two hours before i started home.
came out of aldi's and the parking lot was slick with ice.
i get on the road, all the roads are slick with ice.
Good points all.... all wheel and 4 wheel drive just gets one stuck farther off the traveled part of the road.
I learned how to operate on snow and ice at an early age... and get off the road as soon as I can .... some folks have death wishes and I'd rather not be a by-stander.
