  Ok so I have clamed down now from reniaa. Yes Flipper I agree that it would be good for me to share my story but I am just not quite ready yet. I guess I am still in shook that this is really happening. I still am hopping it is all just a bad dream and what I am seeing is not truly happening. But I know that is just wishful dreaming. It is hard because I am a born in and this has been my whole life this religion. The pedophiles are what woke me up. Mayve in a while I can share what I know. Sometime I truly feel like I am having a nerves breakdown. Like I am just loosing it the stress is very hard. Thank you Flipper for your kind words and ones like reniaa is the reason I am fighting so hard form within. It would be imposable to do this from outside so if I get DF I could do nothing aht I think that would kill me to know that this is happening. So I am trying to hang in. Thank you again Filpper

  When I read you response I was so mad I could hardly see. I wrote a 20 page response to you. Then I thought clam down, all this woman wants is drama. You must have a very sad life. For all the others who read this thread eveything she has said is crazy I know for a fact that pedophiles can and do go door to door with maybe only their wife or some poor person who dose not have a clue what or who he is. So what good is that to the poor people who open their this this creep. Also the pedophile knows how to write so he can allways take good notes of where the cuite kid lives and call back latter. For reniaa to say that we are better procted than the RCC is garbage. This man touches kids right in front of the elders and nothing is done. All he is doing is just touching their amr what is that going to hurt. O wait that is called grooming. That ia what pedophiles also do.

  Every parent has a right to know who a pedophile is and for the JW's to not informe the parent, IT IS A CRIME.

  And reniaa you are just to be pitted you must have a very trouble soul and no life because all you do is try to cause drama. What kind of life is that??????

  i remember arguing with a bethel elder friend of mine during a long ride to an assembly about the"new light" in 1995....that the generation of 1914 is not the "this generation" that jesus referred to: .

  (luke21:32)32 truly i say to you, this generation will by no means pass away until all things occur.

  yep....pretty damm simple to me for 45 years...the generation that sees all the "signs" will not die before armageddon....thus we honest hearted ones pleaded with our back calls, or return visits to study with us before it is too late!....the time is soooo short, cause these 1914 folk are gettin damm old!....hurry in and be saved!.

  The people who believe this stuff are so blinded. At our meeting last Sunday the elder who gave the talk blamed the friends for believing in 1975 said that any who said that was the end of the system had been running ahead of the FDS. That he FDS never had tought that. I was like what are you talking about. I clearly remember being taught form the stage that the end was coming in 1975. I was sure I was going to be dead as everyone one in the hall hated my crazy family and I was sure Jehovah did too. What a way to live when you are just seven and eight years old believeing that this God of love is going to kill you because of your parents. Now to sit there 30 years latter and to be told that I made it all up is insane. This is such a crazy making religion.vs77

  as some of you know my mom and dad have been jw's since 1951 .

  since time began.

  they are very respectful of my fade - and i have been able to talk especially with my mom about my doubts since leaving the org.

  Yes I think you are right on. No you do not want to take away her friends but living a lie is not good either. I love your reasoning points. I am trying to do this with my husband. It is so hard there are so many time I just want to scream what is wrong with you that you can not see this. But I have seen him coming back to me after I have just thrown something out there and I can see that he has been thinking over what I said he has even told me that I have made some good points. It is so hard to go slow but we have to. Like the thread on we just need to wait on Jehovah. My husband uses that one all the time it just make me crazy how stupid that reasoning is. I have such a hard time not telling him that especally when he uses that about the pedophiles. There is no wating when it comes to that and he agress with me that the FDS is wrong but Jehovah is allowing it for some reason. I know I just need to go slow. Thanks for your thread flipper.

  when i was a pioneer, we were expected to "place" 100 magazines a month.

  i knew i could only pawn off on people about 30 or 40 copies a month.

  I remember when we were pioneering we had no money nothing and I went to get the mags to use for the month the brother giving them out was so mad that I did not have any money he knew we lived on nothing as all of our time was out trying to sell these things and like you said no one wanted them so we had to give them away. I was working 35 hours a week and puting in 25 a week pioneering. We lived in the country and spent tons and tons on gas which no one whould help us with. We would put seven people in our Honda Civic they would just smash in our car. There were not enough set bealts but they did not seem to care as long they did not have to use their cars and spend their gas I guess they thougt holly spirit would save them if we were in an accednet. So one day this MS told me unless he saw me put my money in the box right then in front of him he would not let me take the mags and books. I was so hurt. We had nothing and he knew it. Then my husband was so mad at me for not geting the junk I do not know where where my husband felt I should have gotten the money to put in the box. All of this is just so hurtful.

  MY PROJECT IS (FINALLY) FINISHED!

  for those of you who are interested, the project i've been working on for the last few months is finally finished.

  it seems that alot of us still have family members in the religion and have not infrequent arguments with them about some of the beliefs and practices.

  on the thread about the pdf for the 2003 listening to the great teacher book, i posted about the arguement my hubby and i had over this book when it first came out.

  i threw out the 2 copies my kids had and then regretted it because i think this book is very telling about the wt organization and the issue of pedophiles and child molestation.

  i wanted to address what happened here too for discussion.. i am not good at copying over texts so perhaps someone else can post here pages 59-60 in this book where sexual content is explained in vivid detail using the terms penis and vulva.
