20 the disfellowshipping arrangement is really a loving provision from jehovah.

WT term "should be avoided" how do you understand it?

reading a recent posting from blondie on gambling, i saw a phrase that i have seen often in the magazines, and more notably in the flock book.

that is the phrase " (whatever activity or thought......... ) should be avoided" .

now if you ask me this leaves room for doing such activity, but clearly, well, kind of clearly discourages said activity.

i am thinking about getting one...so many features it is mind boggling...can you believe the camera can be used as a bar scanner while shopping and will instantly tell you what the item is...offer user reviews...and give you the best prices in the country on the item?

?...including even used item prices on amazon??

What is the latest on the blood issue

is it not true that a jw blood once it leave the body it can not go back in or they will be zaaped at the big "a".

when one has a operation etc.

and is give intervinse the needle is inserted and blood goes up the iv tube and when the iv solution starts to flow the blood then goes back into the body.

have ya'll noticed that there is just a list of words, or series of words, that just triggers you?

words like: encourage, youth, paradise, new world, ya know.. words like that?

when i hear those trigger words i just sink back into another world and i literally want to vomit?

that is what 2 jw ladies who came to my door recently told me..

to start at the beginning, periodically, these ladies have called and spoken to mrs thirdson but always on a week day.

mrs thirdson is always very polite and has accepted the mags saying that i might be interested in reading them but making it clear that we are christians and not interested in joining their religion.

i sometimes think it is viewed that way by many dubs.

i've seen many say it with pride, ive seen those dubs being held up as examples of how faithful they are.. your thoughts?.

in 2002 the wts acknowledged that naos as per revelation 7 does not in fact refer to the courtyard of the gentiles, but in reality - and correctly - is a much more divine place.. quote;.

but as the heavenly elder said to john, the great crowd really is in the temple, not outside the temple area in a kind of spiritual court of the gentiles.

what a privilege that is!

New meeting arrangement - just over 5 months to go

at the recent dc the new meeting arrangement was mentioned just once, but not to give us further details on how the new meeting will be structured or how the r&f will be cared for.. .

instead the audience was urged not the second guess the gb, being advised to look at how well the spirit has directed the org up until now, so therefore it will do so into the future.. .

but the reality is the congregations are only just over 5 months away from this new meeting arrangement, yet they know little about how it'll actually affect them.. .
