most importantly, are the underlings in brooklyn & patterson realizing that they could save thousands of people millions of dollars and their lives?if any of them are lurking here, do the right thing and bring down this religion!we are here to accept any leaked documents and share them in anonimity.

SYTYCD Reality show - Moving Experience

a young girl around 18 had this experience.
she the day she turned 18 she came home to find all of her possessions packed in a nest pile in her room.

A young girl around 18 had this experience. She the day she turned 18 she came home to find all of her possessions packed in a nest pile in her room.
Her mother then told her she had to leave as she could not live there anymore. This very beautiful and talented dancer was being shunned by her family, put out onto the street.
Luckily a family friend took her in. It appears that the girl is well behaved does her chores and is pretty much an average kid.I know there are two sides to every story but this girl has to be focused on dancing to be as good as she is. She would have no time for anything else, like sex, drugs and rock-n-roll.
Something smells fishy here folks. Cult influence maybe.
Also as an aside she was asked about it on the show and she remarked that her family does support her dancing and has nothing to do with her.
Niegel, commented that for a family to not want to be part of such a talented young dancer's life is beyond him. I too, can apreciate where he and this young girl are coming from.

The “nature of man” is a statement that should be referenced more in our public and private conversations for it relates to every interaction with other creatures on this planet. Humans that understand the concept typically find more peace in this life than those who do not. Understanding why people act the way they do will make dealing with others easier for it limits our emotional reaction to certain events. For example, in Saki’s “The Blood-feud of Toad-Water: a West-country Epic” we find that two families at odds for minimal ethical reasons would rather feud than see the human emotion that is fueling this fight. Björnson’s short story “The Father” , displays another aspect of man’s nature, pride. As noble as this man’s pride was regarding his son, it manifests itself like the proverb says, before a fall. The father was sure that he would not need the services of the church anymore after his son was to be married. Yet, the comfort of a man of the cloth was all that would do in his life after morning the tragic loss of his beloved son. Frost’s poem “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening” displayed covetousness. Admiring the woods that someone else owns, this character continues his work belabored by the fact that it is far from done. Tennyson’s poem “Mariana,” blind allegiance to love will distort reality and leave many people depressed and wanting what will never come.
All of these stories use beautiful words and combinations that give the works texture. These wonderful under used words also give hints and details to the intended meanings the author wanted the audience to know. A poem usually gives a rather average story another dimension so the work is appreciated more by the literary public which is what some of the authors above took advantage of. Sometimes the different literary forms used in conceiving these works helps the audience to relate.
My experience within a high control group relates to the pride aspect of the story “The Father.” From the top down each member has an air of arrogance when it comes to those who are not part of the organization. They are far more enlightened religiously than the balance of humankind thereby making them special. Pride certainly comes before a fall, and as is common with humans I look forward to the train wreck that will ensue when it does come crashing down. That is not the proper ethical and moral way to view it, but I too am a human prone to “the nature of man.”

One scripture in 45 minutes

in the last 45 minutes of our meeting, there was only one scripture used.
from the end of the number three talk through to the final song - one single solitary scripture.. the number three talk finished.

The writers use it as their "primary text" but remember the Bible was not written for the R&F. So they can only read the Bible in their spare time and when they are told to use it during meetings. There should be no studying of the Bible alone, only with WTBTS publication in hand so that a reversion back to Christendom's way of thinking does not occur.

I think the release of a NWT is an attempt to reman relevant. If they cannot make predictons to do so then they have to do things like this. If the end is so close why do they need an updated bible? Besides God has not infomed them as to what direction to take in warick so they aren't on speaking terms right now.

The Watchtower's money problem
by stuckinamovement inthe 8/15/12 report on the annual meeting contained very interesting information.
in october of 2011, guy pierce reported that plans were moving forward with the construction of the new headquarters complex in warwick and tuxedo.
he mentioned that after the project was finished in 4 years then the society would then sell off the brooklyn properties.

That was a good catch on the OP. Here is another small detail. Watchtower did its own marketing of some of the oter properties sold in the past. These more recent sales were listed with Real Estate agents. They needed to move these properties for sme reason. I feel the borg has reached peak oil and we wil see an overall decline in the next several years.

Lots of JWs out at tables this morning!

the first was 2 elderly men - they were so sweet and open to discuss.
i brought up the topic of the divine name and why the wt inserted it into the nt with no evidence from greek manuscripts.

They set up a table at the small college I attend outside of the on site restaurant. I have not engaged them yet for they probably know who I am but I have never seen these men before in my life. Must have moved in.
