No exercise at all oveer the weekend. Monday I went to the gym and did my full work out , Tuesday I left school early ( I was sick) and did not work out. Feeling better today,I am going right after class but I have to split my workout into upper and lower body on alternating days with cardio and crunches everyday. Because the whole thing takes over 2 hours. Also on the days when I know that I am only doing cardio it is easier for me to skip . so today I will do upper body, cardio and crunches.

A "sex" Question (possible fluff)
by moman inhow does your "on screen" sexual-personality line up with your "in person everyday" one?.
for example: some posters are very liberated & graphic on-line when discussing sex, but to their mate or to the average person on the street they may seem like "old-dubs" or just very conservative.. please answer honestly & give me a break, this might be my first "fluffer"

I am far more conservative on this board than in real life. I think that is because I want to be able to refer friends to this board with out having them find out all my pervy little secrets I mean I realize it wouldn't shock or upset anyone on the board and in all other matters I am absolutely myself. It's just that this site has helped me sooo much and I would hate to risk offending someone who knows me and is just starting to explore the "internet truth" just by my risque posting. (This is no slur on anyone who does post more freely, I admire your openness )hmmm, Simon what do you think can I have a 2nd persona for sexy fluff posts.... Please.

One day your gonna get caught
by chezza injust thought it would be fun to see all the ways people have been caught in the middle of something, i recently was so embarrassed as i travelled to canada to visit my boyfriend, after we went to the movies we got rather heated in the car shall we say, mind you the car was packed away from all other cars, needless to say as soon as we got our pants down and started to get into motion ;-) a light shone through the window of the car, and guess what, a nice security guard was standing there, i was so embarrassed, he told us we shouldnt be doing that here, what made it even more embarrassing was the fact that we were both over 30 years old and i never ever got caught in the act when i was a teenager, oh wait thats coz i was a dub and didnt have a life.. so come on guys and girls give us all a laugh and tell us your story.

Well my story goes back many many years but when I was 17 I was making out with my boyfriend in the backseat of his Chevelle (they don't make backseats like they used to). Well, this cop comes up to the window and shines the light in we were so scared and emberassed. He asked how old we were and of course I said 18 (he was 21). He asked us if we had seen anybody else around (not likely through those foggy windows) because they were looking for a guy that was 6 foot 5 about 280lbs he is armed and dangerous and reported to be in the area. Well needless to say we left right away, looking back later I realized that he had been kidding and that was his gentle way of telling us to get the hell out of there. I never will forget that cops tactful and unique approach.

a guy turned me down for a date
by hungry4life ini am so bummed yesterday i called this guy i know and asked him out, and he turned me down.
not just a polite "i'm busy" but he let me know that his relationship with someone just ended last month and he needs time to recover, he said " i am taking the rest of the year off from dating" (sounded to me like "don't bother to ask again")i didn't even know that he had been seeing someone in a serious relationship (the last time i ran into him was in early december).
we used to have had a few classes together and he always flirted with me.

Latest Date Update: Well I went to my friends church on Sunday, then she invited me over for dinner afterwards. I had a really great time the guy she was talking about was there and he was absolutely yummy. Great personality, sharp dresser, well spoken and intelligent the whole package. Drawback, again he is REALLY religious,I am sure the women at his church are already beating each other up over him and frankly I am sure his interest would wane quickly once he finds out what a little heathen I am LOL.
As for the other situation, he invited me over to see his place on Sunday afternoon (yes I had a busy Sunday) he has a gorgeous victorian home that he has been working on for 14 years. I stayed for about an hour and we had a nice conversation, still catching up on old times. He was a perfect gentleman. I spoke to him last night (he emailed me I called him back). Now I am pretty sure that he gets the not so subtle hint that I am interested, I am going to back off and see if he calls to ask me out. I am pretty assertive but hate to throw myself at him. SYN I am taking your advice (the hard to get part not the naked with beer). So it's wait and see....... The drawback: He just got out of a 5 year relationship (never married no kids) and even though I believe that he was ready to move on, I can still see that he is still trying to adjust. Then again he did post his ad on that singles site so he must think he is ready to date. Well the saga will continue ......... -

alright guys well here goes nothing I am taking boozerunners advice on the 10 guy thing
seriously though I was scanning one of those singles site (match.com) and saw a picture of a guy I used to know. we had never dated but have many old friends in common and I have been to his house on different occasions for bbq's, parties and such. I actually used to have a huge crush on him when I was 18 (he is quite a few years older). anyway I looked him up and emailed him he was glad to hear from me and gave me his number. we talked on the phone all night (9:30pm-2:00 am)it was great he sounds like a wonderful person (haven't seen him in 14 years). we didn't make plans to see each other yet but i'm sure he will call. it felt good to talk to someone where the conversation flowed with ease.
also an older lady friend of mine (that I really respect)called me earlier this month and wanted me to meet a guy she knows . he will be in town today and she wants me to meet him. their are a few drawbacks to this situation (he is in town as a guest speker at her church) I just don't see myself dating someone that religious (I must admit I do lean towards the corruptive side). However I decide "what the heck" the important thing is just to meet people and get comfortable with the idea of dating again. so here goes nothingbeans and think41self: thanks for your kind comments
slipnslidemaster: did you hear me this morning? (if not I'm sure the neigbors did

I always gargle with hydrogen peroxide at the first sign of a sore throat. my doctor reccomends gargling with warm salt water to ease soreness. hope you are feeling better soon.

Yesterday I went to the gym an id my upper and lower body workout. I also did 200 crunches but ran out of time before cardio I had every intention of going back last night after a test at school but it didn't happen. the real bummer is that the gym is going to be closed over the weekend while they do some remodeling. I am not sure what to do perhaps jog? I was really trying to stay in the habit too.
Thursday when I was at the gym I saw the P.O. to my old congregation there working out. He walked by me and gave me a funny look. I smiled and waved and he did likewise, but he did not even stop and talk to me. His wife and I were best friends, we did everything together. As I was leaving I saw him standing in a corner talking to some other lady, I made a point to at least go up smile and say goodbye. I don't know why that was important to me but I guess I am sick of people pretending I don't exist when I have just drifted. I felt good making him acknowledge me. The other day I saw an old witness (so called)friend at the store and as she walked by me she dropped her head and shuffled by. GRRR it is infuriating, I mean it would be bad enough if I was disfellowshipped but these ignorant jerks don't even take the time to find out accurate info they just ASSume. So much for not judging others! Anyway I decided that from now on I am gonna go up to them and be real friendly, if they still act strangely I will do what another poster suggested (sorry I forgot who mentioned it) and act like "oops I am sorry I didn't know that You were Df'd" just venting.

Slipnslidemaster: Ok what exactly would you like me to call you?
Cowboy: You are absolutely right knowing is better than wondering. I am a big whatifer so at least now I know. Thanks for talking to me last night in chat. I had the same problem, I posted a couple of lines and couldn't see them so I hit refresh and it was all down hill from there I was locked out of the entire site for about 45 minutes. I felt bad I didn't want you to think I had flaked on you. Thanks for your support.
Pierced Angel: You are such a sweetheart that was a very nice thing to say and thank your hubby for me too. I hope your right about the scrapbook part. I do feel better after sharing with all of you.

SYN I understand what you are saying about the hard to get part but sometimes someone needs to get the ball rolling right? I had his number and I knew that he did not have mine, and I haven't seen him for a while so I figured what the heck it's worth a shot. So what did I get "shot down". Thanks for the second tip but I don't think I could have recovered from being regected naked!
Guest 77 thank you for your story. I agree that with your son that you can't mourn forever. I am glad that he is with his daughter and wish the best for him.

I agree that this type of misspellings seem phony. They are not the common types of errors that people typically make when spelling. Then again, I type badly when I am in a hurry and make spelling errors although I know the correct spelling.
However, when I read the letter it reminded me of my ex-husband. He was raised as a witness and I was "worldly". I studied and became a witness just like this guy hopes. Nevertheless, eventually the truth about the truth wound up tearing our marriage apart. We both still agree that if it had not been for the JW's teachings and imposed guilt we would probably still be married. However, the sad thing is he still defends them and feels that he is the one who is unworthy.
So whether this letter is real or not, it was written to sound real and sadly enough it hits home as I am sure that many others out there are struggling with these same feelings of unworthiness and fear.
