  do witnesses teach that the builder of the pyramid, cheops, was actually job?.

  i read somewhere that the "ch" sound was pronounced like "j" and that this had something to do with the name being translated with a j.. knowing how the witness have an affinity for substituting j for y and probably a lot of other letters, too, i wondered if i read this in some wt lit.

  SCIENTISTS are trying to stop the most powerful experiment ever – saying the black holes it will create could destroy the world.

  Dubbed by some the Doomsday test, it will be carried out next week in the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), located 300ft underground near the French-Swiss border.

  The machine is 17 miles long and cost £4.4billion to create.

  When its switch is pulled on September 10, this atom-smasher will become a virtual time machine, revealing what happened when the universe came into existence 14 billion years ago.

  New particles of matter are expected to be discovered, new dimensions found beyond the four known, as scientists re-create conditions in the first BILLIONTHS of a second after the Big Bang.

  when i first saw this elaborate chapel of skull and bones, my reaction was that this had been intended as a mockery.

  surely these friars know the statutes and levitical laws that death and handling of the dead is considered "unclean".

  hey apostafriends, i eye was scheduled for a procedure to pump dye in me and take pictures of my eye so the ophthalmologist can see the bleeding in my diabetic eyes.

  i need laser surgery to stop the bleeding that could encroach on my vision.

  this morning i was supposed to go get that done but i awoke with food poisoning.

  The two howitzer modes that deal with weather control are called the "exothermic" mode of operation, because immense EM energy blasts outward at the target site, and the "endothermic" mode, sucks energy out of the target area, essentially creating a blast of cold at the distant target. By using both of these heat (exothermic) and cold (endothermic) modes together the weather can be altered anywhere. Warm the air over here, cool it down over there, put a curl in the jet stream, dissipate clouds, create clouds, whip up a tornado.
  
  How to Make Weather
  
  Here's how it’s done using several interferometers; scalar interferometry (production of EM fields and potentials at a distance).

  "First, the interferometers can deliberately make "high pressure areas" (cool the air so it shrinks and its "footprint" pressure on the ground increases because its density increases) and "low pressure areas" (heat the air so that expands and its "footprint" pressure on the ground decreases because its density decreases). Well, if one makes the highs and lows where one wishes them, and judiciously and somewhat slowly moves them along a given path, these highs and lows will entrain the jet streams and thus "steer" the weather.

Establish other highs and lows judiciously to "block" or "slow" other jet streams and flows as desired. In this way, one can pull the "large cold air masses coming down from Canada" deep into the southern U.S. at will. They do it regularly. If you wish an ice storm, add an additional current of warm moist air you bring up (steer up by using artificial highs and lows) from the ocean. Where they meet, you will get freezing rain, then sleet, then severe icing accumulating. This type of attack does rather large damage to the struck area."
  
  The only work required is for the switching and control; very inexpensive, almost free. This is rigorously ASYMMETRIC regauging of the potential energy of the storm. Therefore it is easily possible – using scalar interferometry already possessed by more than 10 nations and groups – to dramatically enlarge storms and their energy (and therefore the magnitude of a hurricane), and also to use that free asymmetric regauging energy to then do real physical work (including ENORMOUS physical work) to steer, divert, and propel the storm. Speed up and slow down is also readily done.
  
  At the same time the scalar interferometer operators also will use similar techniques to divert, change, and steer the jet streams and winds in the path or area, so that the exact steering direction desired is easily achieved.
  
  This weapons platform has been operational since 1963 with Russia’s woodpecker grid (so called for sounding like the hammering of a woodpecker) running since Bicentennial weekend July 4th 1976 and has remained turned on since that time! (Listeners can hear the wood pecker chirping on shortwave radios in the 3 to 30 Mhz range.)
  
  When did the United States bring on line its weather altering technology? High-frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) based in Gokoma, Alaska --jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy-- as part of the ("Star Wars") Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI) is the public test bed for this technology. Operated by the Air Force Research Laboratory's Space Vehicles Directorate, HAARP constitutes a system of powerful antennas capable of creating "controlled local modifications of the ionosphere". Scientist Dr. Nicholas Begich --actively involved in the public campaign against HAARP—describes it as "[a] super-powerful radiowave-beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere [upper layer of the atmosphere] by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto earth and penetrate everything -- living and dead."
  
  Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction. The big guns likely remain well hidden underground and have certainly come online without a press release.

  a few years back, a jw friend told me that the watchtower houses the largest language library in the world because they have the magazines translated into every known language.

  do any of you know if that is true?

  everytime i see the babble fish for translation on a website, i wonder if her story was true and if perhaps watchtower has contributed to the internet powers or some of the groups that have provided these translations and if more language translations would be available in the future as more countries are opening to internet services.

  It helped them with the simutaneous printing of the WT in the 80 or so languages

  YES. That's it! All I could remember was it was 3 or 4 letter ancronym. How can there be over 6500 languages? That sounds rather excessive, don't you think?

  For all of WT's braggery about bringing the news to every corner of the world........only 80 language translations for mags seems rather paltry.

  i read it in wiki.. the best i can make out is that these are the reasons:.

  "patterned after the capstone of the great pyramid of egypt, symbolic of the christ".

  and that russell made (superstitious) predictions based on measurements in the pyramid.. "russell had first published that the date 1874 was derived from a measurement of 3416 pyramid inches[105] which measurement was revised in the 1910 edition to 3,457 inches (87.8 m) to point to 1915.".

  When I brang out Rusell's volumes recently and showed some Brothers their jaws fell to the ground in shock! You could tell they were freaked out....then they just toss that information in the don't save basket.

  hahahaha. Can't throw wikipedia in the garbage!!

  There is something important about the pyramids. It's just that he didn't tell you the truth about what it was.

  I thought I had heard somewhere that the Watchtower had some kind of thing (tools, Cd program, something, I don't remember what it was called) that members were allowed to use when they needed translations of language for some reason.

  Is there some way I can get a translation for other language through an internet resource?

  I am looking for translation of a book: Namesíc a ješte dál.
