david young was a fine individual and jw, who was profiled in more than one awake magazine.
he was a quadriplegic, and an accomplished artist.
having contracted polio at a young age, he learned to paint with holding a brush in his mouth.

TSA?
i was in service one day and the sister i was working with said," i will start to enjoy life once the new system comes".
sirens went off in my head.
basically, she was saying she was miserable but would wait till the new system to have any happiness.
As a young boy at the bookstudy, I noticed that often times publications would quote "outside sources". I thought, " if they are using parts of these sources, then why isn't the rest of what they say true?".

David Young was a fine individual and JW, who was profiled in more than one Awake magazine. He was a quadriplegic, and an accomplished artist. Having contracted polio at a young age, he learned to paint with holding a brush in his mouth. Remarkably, he would paint the top half of a picture, and then have the canvas flipped over, so that he could paint the other half.
He lived in Vancouver, BC.
yeah, i hated "field circus".
i don't like bothering people on saturday mornings about the latest watchtower & awake magazines and try to convert them from their religon to become a jehovah's witness.
so, what i did was just wait until the group passes by and fake knocked.
The fake knock. I had that one down.
We would often make the "knocking motion" with our arms, and lightly hit the ground with our shoes, so as it sound as though we were actually knocking. Only for the benefit of the other B&S walking by.
no, nothing earth shaking.... just that there are two threads currently running...one asking the guys of jwn to post pics to make a 'hottie' calender for the girls and another asking the girls to post some pics.... how is this proof of how the society/jws is a cult, you ask?.
this statement was posted on one of the threads:.
can't see a lot posting in friends....too much of a risk.... it got me to thinking...even though many of us consider ourselves ex-jws, no longer believing, no longer active, no longer stepping foot in hall, no longer associating with jws other than family, it still is a risk to post your name or a photo.. the simple enjoyment of sharing real information such as a real name or a photo is dangerous to many here who, though they left of their own accord but not officially, could still be found out posting on an "apostate" board and hunted down like criminals and treated to harsh measures.
I just dont want to be leared at by lonley older guys in bad marriages
lol!
no biggie, .
but i was looking at this youtube video of the international convention in germany.
the video is of the crowd clapping and cheering fullon seven minutes.. at the beginning though, there are people with orange vests on and they seem to be the ones.
Thank ya for sharing that Purps.
Perhaps the vests are just an easier way for attendants to be able to direct these ones getting the dunk. I have never heard clapping and cheering at an Assembly before like this. Waving towels and the like. Wow.
at 4:20 it looks as though there is even a banner! I can't read it though.
There are LOTs of banners even. One says "We love you all."
i'm having my sister over this weekend to hang out and bake (i know, i'm such a party animal .
i have nothing against this friend of my sisters, so i don't want to make a fuss.
i think what's pissing me off is the double standard that just happened.
Ha! Perhaps I should post the link eh? http://www.flickr.com/photos/katedw/sets/72157617528706606/
Thats so awsome your gonna give it a whirl! PLease send the link to your "corn on the cob" cupcakes too...they sound really good!
I made mine and they turned out pretty good considering im not really a baker. Using the sharp knife to cut off the muffin tops was really important for a clean cut. They were really fun to make. I never used the seasame seeds either. I didn't feel they contributed anything other than an estetic appeal. Do you think they would be tasty on the cupcakes?
I will have to dig up a pic or two.

And hey...it might not hurt to "ask a few questions". This will surely discourage your sister from trying this tactic again! What are ya baking?:p
why is it you always hear people say how hot mormon guys are but you never hear anything about jw men?.
who is hotter?.
go ahead.
Ah well..I followed the properties link, and see they have a website....PM me if you know them, as i do. Thanks.
