My JW sister e-mailed me today, telling me she thinks her husband has asperger's syndrome. She herself is bi-polar and has been diagnosed with post tramatic stress disorder. I'm thinking JW's have alot of mental disorders, but I never heard of anyone with Asperger's Syndrome. Does anyone have any thoughts on this or perhaps their mental disorder link that ties so many JW's together?

Jehovah's Witnesses venerate a 'Trinity' structure belief.
by Gill inthe watchtower prides itself on having no part of the 'trinity' belief of other 'christian' denominations.. .
is this true?.
going back to ancient babylon and the roots of the trinity, we find that nimrod, his wife semiramis and tammuz were the 'original' trinity that exists and runs as a theme through christian denominations.

Being raised in Plymouth, Ma. the history there is in fact a huge part of the whole town. Thanksgiving has to do with the pilgramage from England to the "New Land" when the pilgrams landed on Plymouth, Ma. they were very sick and many were dying. Until the Indian Chief Massasoit and Squanto helped them, and taught them how to plant food. Later during the time of harvest they had a boutiful feast and gave Thanks to those who helped them. In in area of Massachusetts, turkeys were hunted and served with the great meal. It was a time of great appreciation of the pilgrams to meet with the helpful Indian Chief and Squanto, and for them they "gave thanks" and created a tradition later called Thanksgiving.

A Thanksgiving Blessing
by mrsjones5 ingratitude comes easy when our lives are in order...when our bills are paid, the children are behaving, and our health is good.
but our challenges are what bring the chance for transformations.
and it is during our deepest pain that we can be most grateful, because we know our hardshipe will deliver a lesson that refines our character.

A Sucker Bet , err, contract, to use on "End is Near" JWs
by Open mind inso i'm getting mentally ready for the big un-thanksgiving celebration our extended jw family is planning for this friday.
turkey and all the fixings of course, but a day late, and wt-approved.. almost inevitably at our big jw family gatherings (tm), someone will make a statement or observation along the lines of "armageddon's so close" or "we're in the last minutes of the last days", you know the drill.
om: your house.

If there is anything we can do together to bring down the WBTS than I'm in! We need to expose the dangers of this cult and make EVERYONE aware of it. Any suggestions?
