  but people are so caught up in their hatred here they only focus on the bad things...

  of course, the good things arent worth being brainwashed for, but you can learn from them.

  so i have been seeing this great "worldly" guy for about 8 months.

  he has been married twice, and i have been married once for 13 years.

  we both had bad marital experiences.

  i'm not sure if he was witness or one of those husbands that shows up for the memorial and an occasional public talk.

  a co-worker of mine said he went out with a "high yellow" gal over the weekend?

  what kind of girl is a "high yellow" girl?.

  well, when it comes to really picking a mate, looks would matter less and less, personality means more.

  i am simply talking about mere physical attraction... for me, its light skinned chicks all the way, the lighter the better.

  But i would never be opposed to a black chick as a mate if the personality was there of course.

  this was the title on an article in the watchtower 1987 9/1, pages 12-15. this article should scare any employer that do have employees that are jehovah's witnesses.

  Its clearly obvious that either the WTBTS changes their standpoint on this, or ALL witnesses that are employed in sensitive professions that are under hipaa or similar, should be immediately FIRED.

  Anybody remember a QFR on JW nurses tattling on blood transfusions?

  i've looked on jwn (first) and watchtower library (second) and can't find a questions from readers that i thought i remembered from the 70s or 80s.

  maybe it wasn't actually a qfr.

  anyway, the gist of the question was, what does a conscientious jw nurse do when, in the course of her duties, she becomes aware of a fellow jw who is accepting a blood transfusion or getting an abortion.

  to be sure, it is only witnesses and their families that are at risk.

  that is certainly enough to get all current witnesses that are serving in these responsiblities fired, however.

  i find it interesting that i posted about 16 days ago concerning whether i should write a letter and.

  allow my ex wife to be free and marry.. saturday night she called out of the blue ( maybe there is a god upthere looking down) after 3 years of not talking to her and she wants to meets.. we met last night and after small talk about how we are both doing and family stuff, she asked me if i would write a letter.

  freeing her or releasing her from our marriage without admitting adultery, since i don't believe in the bible anymore,.
