  I agree with you Refriedtruth. Who else would flaunt something so blasphemous in peoples faces. I wonder what the distribution is on a memorial invtation. It has to be easily in the 10's of millions if not 100's. Blatant disgusting filth.

  JW Firefighters

  just curious...a good friend of mine, ms and well in tune with the borg, wants to pursue firefighting as a career.

  he is about 26 and wants it bad, currently he does some construction and ...ready: windows.

  (hahaha yes, i know what everyone would think.

  I had a group of JW firefighter friends. At least one was an MS. They were a partying bunch. I remember the MS brother who was a firefighter had his bachelor party and he got so messed up the other firefighter friends had brought along an iv bag of saline so they could hook him up to avoid a hangover the next morning (meeting morning).

  Anyway he never got any slack for being a firefighter that I know of.

  Designs,

  "JW theology is not that complicated, simple really, but somehow you guys even messed that up."

  Just curious. How would you explain the JW Michael/Jesus theology Designs. I realize disputing theology is "mostly a waste of time when efforts are needed in the humanities and environment" but JW's generally don't worry about getting involved in humanitarian and environmental issues. They're "waiting on Jehovah" to take care of it.

  If you can break apart their wacky theology and get them to wake up, it in my experience leads a person to become more conscious of certain needs. Especially when they realize there's nothing wrong with doing actual good for others and the planet as opposed to promoting the organization's self serving agenda.

  I thought the wages of sin is death. Did Michael sin?"

  That is a good point. I guess if God were to uncreate Michael it would be like killing him. Especially if he didn't remember who he was til he got baptized as Jesus he would've been as good as dead for 30 years. Never thought about it like that but I guess that would put a JW in a pickle.
