i find that i check 2 or 3 times a week and generally have no jwn mail..
Because I rarely receive PMs, and there's no notification when I do receive them - I never check my PM's.
Could you imagine if serious programming. Two, three... depending on the language, code conventions, and software architecture it could take as many as five whole lines of code to get a functioning PM notification.

i am so inlove with this woman.... we have been dating for six months and she is finally starting to let me in.

well she texted b/c she couldn't talk.
Sorry if I offended.. but I really think it's a matter for professionals. You're in a situation similar to what my friends and family went through when I was freaking out. They couldn't do anything for me.
She needs to choose for herself someone she's comfortable confiding in. She should look for ways to reduce or eliminate stresses in her life, and as she feels ready - she should make sure she's getting plenty of sunshine, exercise, and eating a healthy diet. Panic attacks can come from a feeling of 'not being in control' - so you forcing her to get more sunshine, exercise, etc. may not be helpful - she's still not in control.
Preferably she would see someone who can evalutate her neurological and neurochemical state in addition to providing phycological support. Panic attacks can involve an imbalance of neurotransmitters - which in turn can be caused by or causing a variety of things including hypo- or hyperthyroidism.
It's a matter for professionals, and can take time (up to a year or more) for the body to return to a normal non-paniced state. The idea to get medical help should be her idea - but you could suggest it if you do so in a way that doesn't put her on the defensive. (For example, best not to ask "Why don't you see a professional?")

Back when I was in the thick of I dealing with divorce, in a bad work situation, and hitting the inital ex-jw fallout, I suffered a lot of panic attacks. I tried counseling and medication, but ultimately I just had to ride things out. Honestly, I have to wonder if it's really the right time for her to be entering a relationship if she's having trouble dealing with the stress in her life. A relationship will not reduce her stress any.

Ron Paul vs. Obama would be an awesome election, assuming Ron Paul could keep his campaign goals on the ground and Obama doesn't have any major screw-ups. Americans could sink their teeth into the issues, rather than trying to pick the lesser of 2 evils.
It won't happen... but it would be awesome if it did.

so why do atheist seem it necessary to argue, fight and debate believers.

Athiests become vocal against religion because religion leads us to an intellectual dead-end. An end where we lose our ability to find new technology, medicines, and answers. Where exploration and education stops, and everything is replaced by believing what you are told to believe. Look no further than the middle east to see where religion leads us. It was the scientific revolution that brought us to where we are today, and certainly not religion.
There are those that would put an end to the quest for knowledge and understanding of ourselves. True, not every christian or religious person is extreme - but decent people, following the leadership of a clergy are quick to do the wrong thing - and think nothing of it.
The residents of Dover thought they were doing the right thing - using public funds to teach religion in school, and selecting science textbooks that were intentionally out of date, and light on legitimate biological science. If religious fundamentalists had their way, progress in biological sciences would stop. Books would be burned, and America would become scientificly obsolete within just a few decades.
All so people can feel comfortable with in their bronze-age understanding that the world is 6000 years old, and that man is made in the image of God - rather than a lower primate.
It's not purely a matter of 'what is to be gained' - it's a matter of 'what could be lost'.
