a younger woman from the kh i had attended.

made a specific effort to greet me in the parking.

lot of the grocery store after having walked past.

You can always hope that she has seen the light, you know the new light, hopefully she will start being your friend again. Let's hope she isn't on a mission to look for dirt, and covers herself with being semi-friendly. But at least hope for the best.

so i ask, how active are you?

if you took a snap shot of the last five days, can you find moments of exercise or doing something besides sitting in front of the computer, lifting a remote or fork, or perhaps walking to get the mail?

I am 25 lbs smaller than when i went to college many many moons ago. Can actually wear a jacket i had in High School and it still fits well, also my clothing is the same exact size as when i was a senior in HS. See inside of gym 3 days a week, and work out at home daily. it's in my blood.

reading the posts about the 2011-7-15 watchtower about mentally retarded apostates i foresee the following scenario:.

1. congregational elders trying to get grip on non regular publishers and inactive witnesses.. 2. the good ones read in the watchtower that apostates are to find in the local congregation.

3. inactives like me (i hate this name, but i use their language), and liberal witness like me, will be hunted, .

This is typical nonsense on their part, treat your neighbor as you would treat yourself, This article should be shown to all of your family (non-jdubs) and friends so that they can see how they think of people that disagree with them. These assholes try to be so controlling that they don't even realize that its them and their tactics that is driving a lot of people away.

so my mom tells me that my jw niece (whom i have known all my life but has made zero attempts to contact me after i left jdubland) told my mom that she misses me,.

she was invited to a "get together" at a married jw's house and i always went with her to those things before because she is single (because of the narrow field of good jw brothers who want a 30something pioneer who lives with her parents), and i was "spiritually single" (because i had no scriptural grant for divorce because of adultery-he skipped town).

but now she had to go alone and she didn't want to (but she figured she had to go, otherwise people would stop inviting her to do things), and big suprise from a jw "get together"...she didn't have a good time.. aaarg how depressing for her... i had to respond to my mom, so i said:.

first of all i noticed that they basically complained a lot about being persecuted but have to dig deep to get examples of real physical abuse:.

russia and surrounding states: they are being accused of being extremist a notion they somewhat admit and books are being banned although sources in russia say even though the ban has been set by a court it is not being enforced since they're appealing to the ehcr.. turkey: a zoning law requires them to change a kh building.

really, persecution to appeal to the ehcr to?

ever since the 20/20 investigation into the independent fundamental baptist churches and the parallels being discussed here concerning them and the witnesses, it became obvious to me that i was once in a cult 20 years ago.

my poison was the ifb's.. i've since joined the facebook page that was seen on the 20/20 investigation and i've participated in one discussion concerning some of the wacky sayings we heard from various ifb pastors over the years.. i shared some of these posts with my wife and i have to wonder, will she ever see some of these things in her cult?.
