  Bipolar disorder

  it's been a long time since i've been to this site.

  i just want to vent a little.

  i was diagnosed with rapid cycling bipolar disorder early this year.

  being in 'the truth' causes more mental health problems than I know. - so many people end up with manic depression (bipolar) or having a breakdown. - I believe its from inner conflict. there is a term for that, I can't remember what it was. - after a while just before I left I thought there was allsorts wrong, I had depression, thought I had ADD, saw a psychologist, pshychiatrist. - 18 months out and Im as right as rain! I have the odd off day but who doesnt. - thats just normal. _ would hate to go back to pretending to be something I'm not its enough to make anyone have sickness of the mind xx - I hope in time by NOT going back to 'the truth' you will heal and feel more positive. x x

  help me please

  my mom just called (she is an active jehovah's witness) she basically has very little to do with me.

  however she want's to come and visit me and my wife on christmas day .

  she lives in another state and wants spend the night.

  I don't think you need help here, just confirmation of what you already know.

  Mother, we are celebrating christmas, and although you are family and welcome to visit, we understand if you would rather use a hotel under the circumstances.

  (because lets face it - shes trying to save money on one if she wants little to do with you usually)

  - and hey Id be interested in an update on this one.

  the last time i saw my mum was a year ago, - that was the day she saw my Xmas tree.

  i had to admire the parents and how they realised the damage they were doing to their daughter by the amount of control they subjected her to.

  a friend told me about an incident that had happened in a neighbouring congregation.

  she told me that a sister from the congregation needed to get back to work after a meeting but discovered that she was boxed in.

  something isnt right. firstly a witness who is strict wouldnt take part in a TV doc. - and then when she is letting her have fun she is doing marshall arts? - I mean if you are JWs thats a no no. so if they were they have left now.

  not being funny though, they seem a bit underducated rough estate type people?
