I remember that one. - the one about the dent in the bread tin. - all the bread will be dented forever. - denoting that sin is the dent. but why not just forgive the sin in the nature of the bible, and thereby 'hammer out the dent' - then there will be no more dents.

but one thing that strikes me is we accepted these because of their simplicity, and everyone who didnt get it was clouded. - no one thinks to debate the fact that that illustration assumes that the life that exists now was the predetermined result of the mixing pot.
so to answer this illustration.. - if you mix all the parts of a meat mixer together in a tumble dryer for all eternity, you wont get a meat mixer, I say - no but whatever comes out is what evolved..
can you think of any more?

but seems you are very hung up on other people not practicing their own religions properly. Im not trying to judge anyone thats not my job, but why let it rile you? everyone is different.. its not hurting anyone. religion often breeds a lot more hatred than love in this kind of capacity.
