I have a goth kid...she's an artist, for real, she sells tattoo designs of dragons and bloody fairies and stuff and does comic book art.

My husband and I always very deliberately ignored what the WTS said about sex...we always both thought it was total crap, although we kept our opinions about that to ourselves...but I know plenty of other Witnesses who do too. I never taught that junk to my kids either, thankfully.
Mostly because it just wasn't backed up by my medical studies...I figured they just had it wrong.

New to me, I hope you're saying not new to the market.
I'm big on Nightwish at the moment...they have that rock/opera/quasi fantasy mythological theme I go for. I also like Coheed and Cambria...this generation's Rush, it's similar to Nightwish in some ways.
Other than that, for just plain old fun sing along fun the soundtrack to "Mamma Mia" is a blast.
But, in case you've never heard Nightwish...it'll blow your socks off...not for those who like their music gentle...You can imagine a Celtic horde attacking to this.

why are so many christian religions obsessed with other peoples sex lives?.

I'm sorry, but that whole thing makes me want to go put that European made (in the Netherlands) four way porn on my DVD player and watch it. (can't understand a word they're saying, but the subtitles are hilarious!)
First thing I did when I faded, went out and bought a bunch of porn on DVD. Nothing horrible, no animals or anything S&M, but I wanted to see what I was missing.
