as you can see from my pic i am a white male.
my first wife (while i was a jw) was mexican american and my current wife is from taiwan.
she and i were talking about "mixed" marriages and we noticed something that were not sure of the reason.
I also heard of the wet dog thing from my black SIL who married a white man, I never heard of that before she said it.
I'm mexican american maried to a black man and have dated all races in my time... including white men and never noticed it?

he was born yesterday with many complications including breathing problems, possible lung underdevelpment, anemia and body temperature issues.
the poor little guy was hooked up to a breathing tube and tons of monitors.
because the hospitals couldn't handle some of the problems, they sent him and my daughter to the best hospital in boston last night.
Prayers and well wishes for you your daughter and SIL and of course your precious grand baby. I hope tomorrow will bring even better news then today:)

I personally know the relief of hearing those words read out loud in a court of law. Take it all in. Write in a journal exactly how you felt at that moment. I have done so for myself and my child when we were able to see her molester handcuffed and lead away. It's something I'll look at when I'm feeling low and it always brings a smile to my face. Somehow it makes it all worth it when justice is served. Congratulations.

for me it was when my elder dad put brusies on my arm, drug me down the hallway making me hit my head and broke my finger which resulted in surgery...and then he blamed it all on me!!!!

i remember a poem, where the writer describes how he always thought his dad was mean and intransigent.
he is lighting the boiler in the morning, and starts remembering how all through his childhood, the house was heated when he got up, and like his own father he cleans everybodys shoes before they get up on sunday.. i think it is only when you go through a similar crisis to the father, or finally have rebelling sons that true understanding kicks in.. i was vile to my father whilst he was dying of cancer.
My dad wasn't around much, but my step father came around in my late teen age years, I finally got to see what having a dad was all about:) I was so happy to have him walk me down the aisle when I was married almost 20 years ago. Even though he's a JW I still called him today to tell him Happy Fathers Day.(he loves it)
