I'm new here as well. Were inactive and most likely on our way to a fade. Just can't get past the molestation of our child and the way we have been treated since. Not to mention all this other stuff I'm learning on these forums.

When you start mixing up your kids names with the name of the pets.(only two kids)
I remember getting so mad at my mother for calling me one of my sisters names and she had 5.
She always would do the mother thing and say just wait until your my age. Now she gets to laugh at me and I so deserve it.

i came across this, and couldn't help laughing.

INSIGHT Vol 1= "Noahs grandson raped him while noah was drunk." What??
by Witness 007 inreding insight volume on "canaan" p.399-400 today i come across this unkown watchtower theory...noahs grandson canaan sexually abused noah while he was drunk!
firstly can i say....yuck, why would he...noah was 580 years old!
gen 9;22 "the expression "saw his fathers nakedness" may indicate some abuse or perversion that involved canaan is a reasonable conclusion.

why do you think child molester was so calm in my presence?
by looloo inin answer to the last comment on my previous topic, i decided to approach him at his work so there would be witnesses (in case he got aggressive , which i know he can be ) i needed some form of closure as he never actually went to prison for what he did to my daughter but other victims "minor" charges that he admitted to (he had no choice but to admit to them as his wife already knew about 2 of them and the elders knew about 1 )but untill i had reported him to the police after my daughters disclosure nobody had ever reported him before , had they done so my child would not have been raped and much worse !
any way considering he has told everyone that i got my daughter to make up stories about him that has got him a prison sentence and put on the sex offenders registar for life he was very calm when i appeared with no notice and even greeted me by my name , he tried to convince me my child made it all up and it was "all in her head" bla bla which you would think would make me want to hit him but i felt detached as though it was not really happening , i had waited years for that moment and didnt want to blow it by being violent and perhaps arrested , i told him what i thought of him very calmly and he even admitted something to me that he had denied to the police ,and the reason why my childs charges were dropped !
his answer to me about the way he had led his life was that he is an imperfect man with sinful desires !!!!!!!

Reading this just made my blood boil again! I know exactly why he was so calm. He most likely has been doing it for years! Practice make perfect right?
Our story is so similar to yours. Except our child's molester is in prison thankfully for a long time.
The creep also had no problem looking us in the eyes mouthing "he did nothing wrong"
He always wanted to talk to us as if he could talk us out of believing our child. My husband and I came to the conclusion that he must have talked his way out of it dozens of times before, why else would he have the balls to approach the parents of a child he molested.

i approached the child molester that abused my daughter
by looloo ini heard that he was out of prison and wanted to say a few things to him that i never did get chance to say during the investigation and court process (for obvious reasons ) his jw wife and family support him despite knowing he had abused other kids in the congregation and he is a disfellowshipped person (he was disfellowshipped for an affair , not child abuse) what annoyed me amongst many things he said was the fact that a jw was with him in his work setting that does not work there and he is not related to the man , so he was obviously just socialising with him despite knowing what he went to prison for , and he is the son in law of an elder !
so how come jws are allowed to mix with non family convicted child molesters that are also disfellowshipped but my hub is no longer welcome in his parents home after being disfellowshipped for years.
this has all happened around the same time , maybe other jws have been upset about seeing the child molester mixing with jws and everyone local has had to suffer , any ideas on this strange situation?

So what happened when you approached him? Did he apologize or run and hide?
I couldn't imagine ever having to see my child's molester on the streets again it must really hurt.
I think I would be visiting every KH in the area with his mugshot.

The View talks about JWs and Armageddon
by Lady Lee inwhoopie specifically asked sherry about jws and their prediction of the end of the world.
she said that the jws were having public meetings to tell people how to survive the end.. sherry answered that the predictions came from the bible and that the jws predicted the end in 1975 and they were still waiting.. the others chimed in with a lot of jokes so not much more was said but i was glad sherry got to say something and that the end was predicted in 1975..

Sending Out a Letter to My JW Daughter - Give Me Your Thoughts Please
by flipper insome of you probably read my jw daughter's letter to mrs. flipper and me a few weeks ago where she tried explaining to mrs. flipper why she doesn't have anything to do with me ( says i talk negative towards the organization ) .
in that letter though she showed some flashes of her authentic, kind personality and told us she loves us.
but much of the letter was proselytizing to us about how bad the system is and how jeovah will bring a paradise, etc.

I really hope your daughter wakes up real soon and realizes the importance of having your real family in your life.
