  i ask for the forgiveness of all the brothers and sisters who heard me lie and lie and lie about how my husband lost all his weight!

  please make room in your heart to forgive me, it's rare i will open up myself to the scrutiny of jehovah's witnesses net message board, i try not to reveal too many things about my life.

  i come from a fleshly family that is screwed up, we learned from youth how to use theocratic warfare even with other jehovah's witnesses asking innocent questions.

  Faders shunned now?

  hi all so my family had their c.a.

  last weekend and my mother dropped this one on me, she'll now be treating me as a df'd person per info she received from a talk at the assembly.

  apparently a fader should be treated as "bad association" given the fact they up and left the holy "truth" to splash around in vomit.. .

  Experiences With The Elders

  Up until a few years ago I really had no experience with the elders I mean other then the hello and goodbye at the meetings. My husband and I really had no problems that warranted a meeting with them so imagine our shock when we went to them after finding out one of our trusted " brothers "molested our 10 year old child. Yeah, it was nothing we expected! We were in need of some of that shelter from the storm we hear of so often at the meetings but instead experienced what seemed to us a interrogation of our scared child!! It went down hill from there... In the end, we sadly learned the elders are men who follow their leaders even if it kills their god given conscience to do so!

  VAN NUYS >> A man who was an usher at a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Sun Valley pleaded no contest Thursday to sex-related counts involving three boys he met there.

  Marcelo Lozano, 34, of Sun Valley, pleaded no contest to two counts of continuous sexual abuse and one count of oral copulation of a person under 14.

  He is facing 30 years in state prison when he is sentenced Oct. 8 by Van Nuys Superior Court Judge Leslie Dunn.

  Lozano is also expected to be ordered to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life following his release from prison.

  Lozano met the boys — who were 8 to 11 at the time — through the Jehovahs Witnesses Sun Valley Spanish Congregation, where he was an usher, according to Deputy District Attorney Rena Durrant.

  He was arrested July 29 by the Los Angeles Police Department’s North Hollywood Division and has remained jailed since then.

  The crimes happened between Jan. 1, 2006, and June 30, 2013.

  Some of the crimes occurred at Lozano’s home in North Hollywood, where he lived at the time, along with other locations, according to the prosecutor. None of the crimes occurred at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Durrant said.

  How Many Enjoy Celebrating Holidays? Birthdays?

  i admit that i do enjoy it, especially with my grandkids.

  birthdays, too.. i believe we missed out on a lot of fun and normal activities because we were witnesses..

  I would love to go all out and celebrate them all but my husband still feels guilty. Instead we go out to dinner for birthdays and for Christmas I'll usually do a in house scavenger hunt for the kids.
