  Hello stilla - nice to hear from you again.

  Tell me - do you still get folk saying they miss you as an elder and why don't you reach out again? I used to get that but as I resigned in 2004 I guess they've got the message.

  My "Un-Witnessing" Comments for this Upcoming Sunday's Watchtower.

  i won't be there (fortunately) but perhaps my warm encouragement and hard work, in preparing these comments will help someone, who has the burden of attending the meetings, give a good un-witness.. 3. while on earth, how did jesus follow his fathers example?.

  answer - jesus at john 9:4 gave us a very important reminder, he said "we must do the works of the one who sent me while it is day; the night is coming when no man can work.

  " the figurative night that jesus was likely referencing was amos 5:18 where it says "woe to those who yearn for the day of jehovah!

  Try this less subtle answer on para 10) What organizational adjustments have been made in recent times?

  In 1995 The Organization (may it be praised) adjusted the view on "the generation that saw 1914 would not pass away"; it was changed to a contemporary generation and yet now it is an overlapping generation - this means that we must always keep up with Jehovah's chariot-like organization or we might still be preaching old light instead of new. And we would not want that would we? (No!)

  Many of our parents' generation fervently believed they would be in the new system by now but instead they are now dead or sitting here in their wheelchairs, their aged and decrepit bodies holding out in the hope of seeing the great vindication of Jehovah's name. How thankful we are that Jehovah's day will be here so very soon!

  But how heartwarming it is that the number of kingdom proclaimers has increased by over a million since the old light passed away! (Starting to froth at the mouth) Despite the fact that the world's population has increased by One Billion in the same time means that 999 million more will die at the great battle of Armageddon! How wonderful our Grand Creator wants all to be saved! Hooray!

  freedon of religion guarantees any individual the legal right to abandon any religion at any time for any reason.. if you are a citizen of a country which champions human rights, then your government doesn t care what religion you join, but they will uphold your freedom to join it, without interference, coercion or persecution.

  your countries human rights legislation will conversely uphold your rights when it comes time to abandon any religion you so choose.

  those (elders) who incite others interfere, coerce or persecute those who have left will be in transgression of the human rights statutes.. a person is only obligated to ecclesiastic law if he exposes himself to it or transgressed it while still a member of a religious community.. when your time comes to abandon the jw-wt cult, do it while still in good standing, be proactive - be decisive -put it in writing!..and do it before the hounders set sights on you.. write a card or letter with as much or as little explanation as you one day might wish to share with pharisees and lawyers.. take this card to a notary public to have your signature witnessed and have the writing overstamped in several places with the date.

  My advice - do not rely on any outside agency to fight the WT for you. If you want to go without being df'd then leave quietly and do not incriminate yourself by opening your mouth beyond saying you have decided not to discuss anything with anyone.

  Of course if you want to go out with a bang then shout from the rooftops and write to everyone you have an address for. But if you do ... you willbe shunned.

  Headquarters representatives visit to UK 2015

  a letter is to be read out at service meetings this week in the uk saying that sam herd & john larson are visiting next april.

  on sat 25th there will be a 3 hour programme streamed to all congs.

  the postscript (not to be read out) instructs congs that haven't already done so, to order the necessary equipment.

  Coming to a Kingdom Hall near you. Saturday April 25th at 2pm.

  Chairman: "Well brothers and sisters we're about to tune in to London Bethel - aren't we glad to be here shoulder to shoulder with our brothers in Bethel. Sadly (light laugh) our brothers in Midsomer Worthy (South) and Midsomer Worthy (North-West) will have to wait until tomorrow to hear the replay because we (smugly) are the home congregation and we lovingly voted ourselves to go first."

  Pause.

  Chairman: (anxiously looking at the sound booth) "How are we doing brother Nerdo? Any signal yet?"

  Brother Nerdo: "Err it worked this morning when I came down here (instead of going in the ministry)."

  Audience - shuffle - cough - murmer. (The autistic bible study's kid calls out "I want to go Mum!")

  Chairman: (blinded by the white light of the new projector - the one that cost 20% more than if the congregation bought it directly on line and the society weren't getting kick-backs from the jinormous order they'd placed with Panasonic.) "Ummm, hang on I'm sure it will come through."

  Brother Nerdo fiddles with something on the platform and Sam Herd's face is projected on his backside and for a few seconds the words " ... fraam the United States of America we briiinng the loooovvvvvve of the entire Bethel familyyyyy .... " are heard before the picture freezes and buffers then disappears.

  After about twenty minutes of useless faffing about the Chairman announces. "sorry brothers it looks like the link has gone down so why don't we get out our Watchtowers for a two hour study and brother "Useless speaker" will go and get a public talk outline so you don't miss out!"

  The autistic boy calls out "Mum I've been in my pants."

  And so goes the first mass listen-in in the UK.

  Pat Condell on Britain's Cultural Crisis

  a scandal is brewing in the uk.

  for many years gangs of asian men engaged in rape and torture of young girls who were in the "so-called" care system.

  it is believed there were around 1,400 victims in north west england, focussed on the town of rotherham.. if reports are to be believed, social workers, police and the cpc knew it was happening and everybody failed to act for one simple reason.

  What is good to see is that these (predominiantly reported as being Asian Muslim) rape/abuse gangs are now finally being convicted. I believe the tide is turning on this one - not a month goes by and some gang is brought to book in the UK. The common theme seems to be that up until about 2011 these cases were unheard of/unreported. And I believe a twisted political correctness was behind it.

  Social Workers - I have had experience of them in my extended family. Not impressed frankly.

  Giant ship vs Noah's Ark

  take a look at this giant ship that's been built and imagine if would still be large enough to house all the animals on the planet for an extended period of time.. the ship, with modern materials and tools, would take a single person nearly 8,000 years to complete.

  how many more people designed it and supplied the materials?

  imagine how many trees would be required and how long it would take to transport them alone.. still think noah's ark is feasible?.

  can a witness get in trouble for attending an inactive family members wedding?

  just wondering because i am getting married this summer and my mom tried to blackmail me by saying she and other family members would attend but only if i returned to the meeting.

  i told her i am not going back to the meetings.
