Did you ever make the wrong career choices?
by Quirky1 ini know i have had several opportunities to transfer with a prominent position intact and turned them down to family logistics and such.
now that i am older i regret the decisions i made.
i may not have been on easy street but it would have made things a whole lot better.

Did you participate in STREET WITNESSING in your area? What was it like?
by BonaFide inhere in southern california, the witnesses still do streetwork.
i did it since i was a kid.
i used to spend two hours every saturday morning from 7 to 9 am walking down the street near my house with my brother or sister.

My group used to go out 5 am in the morning trying to catch truck drivers. It was cool listening to music unless there was an extra spirtual person in the car and a good excuse for a nap too. Honestly it was a real waste of time I could had been catching zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz's

Fake Knock and Other Sneaky Tactics During Field Service

i don't like bothering people on saturday mornings about the latest watchtower & awake magazines and try to convert them from their religon to become a jehovah's witness.
so, what i did was just wait until the group passes by and fake knocked.

I did the light knock and a pioneer sister was with me. Then she confronted me about it, but the crazy part about it I wasn't even scared. I was like okay. She was like well it sounded like you didn't even want to knock. I guess my body was working faster than my mind. I didn't even think that I was slowly fadeing away.

Out of all my cousin that were raised in the truf i would really do my study articles. Then one day i really wanted to hang out with one of my friends and basicly stated out loud that i didnt want to do the Watchtower study as a family after that f**k underlining heck i didn't even go to the beating any more.

I'm sorry to hear that JWdaughter, but I am glad she is drug free. Maybe if she join a AA group or something like that so she can have some association with people that understands her. One thing I know about JDubs that act like they know but as soon as your front door shuts your alone.

Insane Email From My JW Mother

that brings up something i wanted to tell you in person but itseems that i am not going to be able to do that very soon.
i amhoping to throw some light on what has happened within our familyesp during the time we were over there.. it has become very apparent to us now that during that time period from early spring on, in 200[x], satan launched an all-out attack on our family, son.

My grandmother does the same thing with depressing phone calls. She would call and talk for about 5 mins saying who all misses me. Then she would remind me that we cant talk even though it was her that called just to depress me. Since im in the military she would ask me when im getting out. She's my grandmother and i don't want to bust her bubble by telling her I'm never coming back but what can you do. I'm sorry your mother is punishing you mentally with those e-mail. I'm just now reading them and their depressing me.

The guilt trip is unbearable for her. My grandmother who is a Jdub and my aunt that faded both apologize to her for something that involves the watchtower society. The Wathtower has gave our families so much grief its sad. I seriously think the BTS should be under investagations because of the mental hurt and instability it causes not to mention the fact that WBTS doesnt contributed to the government as a whole.
