  it is any place you know so well your memory of it is intimate knowledge you simply will not forget.

  this, in turn, will serve as a mnemonic device or place of safekeeping for anything you wish to remember (forwards or backwards).. memory experts "build" a great many of these for various uses.. .

  1.a jar of pickled garlic (here is where you fix the item: imagine in your mind's eye smashing that jar in the middle of the driveway with the juice running out into the street and the pieces of garlic stinking up the neighborhood.

  Asperger's Disorder is a milder variant of Autistic Disorder. Both Asperger's Disorder and Autistic Disorder are in fact subgroups of a larger diagnostic category. This larger category is called either Autistic Spectrum Disorders, mostly in European countries, orPervasive Developmental Disorders ("PDD"), in the United States. In Asperger's Disorder, affected individuals are characterized by social isolation and eccentric behavior in childhood. There are impairments in two-sided social interaction and non-verbal communication. Though grammatical, their speech may sound peculiar due to abnormalities of inflection and a repetitive pattern. Clumsiness may be prominent both in their articulation and gross motor behavior. They usually have a circumscribed area of interest which usually leaves no space for more age appropriate, common interests. Some examples are cars, trains, French Literature, door knobs, hinges, cappucino, meteorology, astronomy or history. The name "Asperger" comes from Hans Asperger, an Austrian physician who first described the syndrome in 1944. An excellent translation of Dr. Asperger's original paper is provided by Dr. Uta Frith in her Autism and Asperger Syndrome.

  So angry with myself right now....

  earlier today i was at a local tyre shop standing outside getting a couple of my wheels replaced when this 'sister' who i haven't seen for a number of years decided to approach me.

  i didn't even recognise her at first because her hairstyle was different and she was wearing these oversized shades, but this is someone who was always funny with me from day one and hardly ever said a word to me even when i used to be in her book study group that was in her home back in the 90s.. anyway, she asked if it was me and then she said who she was in case i didn't remember.

  she told me she saw my sister at the memorial last night (my sister who is inactive wasn't even going to attend that particular memorial, but because this f**king elder i used to hate called her out of the blue to "encourage" her to attend, she went along) blah blah blah but didn't get to speak to her for too long.. so she asked me what congregation i go to but then quickly asked if i'm still in the "truth".

  I would love to contact old friends. It is a combined fruit. I still love my old friends. Really sad. I love them like brothers. But I am the DFed fruit.
