i was listening to npr early this morning and this artist was featured.

he does some amazing stuff that you would need a magnifying glass to see.

his work is on tour in the us (it's in los angeles right now).

the current prime directive of the wbts is clearly expenditure/waste reduction through operational rationalisation.
