  And if Houses prices plummet then the Rich are going to buy them all up.

  Real Estate actually is at an all time high, and continuing to appreciate at an incredible rate. The only ones who can afford them are ones selling thier homes to buy a new one or the "rich". The rich are buying the homes right now on short term ARM loans with incredibly low interest rates. It will be very interesting to see where the real esate business will be in the next 3-5 years when those ARMs and LIBORS expire if the rates continue back up to a "normal" price.

  Just my opinion anyway.

  For me it was learning how to research and study (even crap material) I was always way ahead of the kids in school in reading. I learned a sense of morals and how to interact with adults at an early age.

  Negatives were a loss of social skills, higher education, and in the begining when I left a lack of trust. And it also taught me intolerance.

  When is it ok to have sex?

  i always get different answers when i ask this question, or i get answers that contradict with the people givin the answer.

  i ask this to various forums online and they all end up saying, when your ready and you know the conciquences.

  however, that obviously doesn't work much or isn't the truth when so many little kids are getting pregnant and aids are everywhere and everything else.. so seriously.

  Cause when you have a kid when your married it's usually a wanted kid. I mean I just find it beautiful when a kid is made when they actually wanted a kid, not just a mistake that adds on troubles.

  Sounds liek you have a good view on this. Not too many people take this view

  I'm discovering the joy of....... heavy metal!!

  over the last couple of years i've been trying to experience activities and interests that would have been frowned upon when i was still a dub.one of the things that i've really developed a passion for is metal and hard rock, in particular metal really strikes a chord with me (pun intended).

  i'm pretty much a big fan of almost anything metallica has done, i also dig a lot of the more recent groups like tool, a perfect cricle, sevendust, etc.. but there's still a lot of old school metal groups that i want to go back and listen to.

  any suggestions on any good late 70's-80's metal bands?

  LOL Sirius...... I work in the music industry in Los Angeles and live in the Inland Empire so you just meet people.

  p.s. for the record I have never 'hooked up' with or dated any 'rock stars' I think that's why I'm still taken half-way seriously :)

  P.S. my BF is an "ex-rock star" that may have something to do with it too

  I had 2 cents to add. Make sure you are safe every single time when you finally do decide it's the right time. I f you are ALWAYS prepared and have a firm resolve NEVER to slip up. You wont find yourself with any "mistakes".

  I gotta agree with you Valis. I hate it when you read a good book and then it's completely butchered in the theatre. Another great Michael Crichton book was Sphere, perhaps my favorite of his as well. The movie was absolutely ridiculous.
