Certainly more cash than time.
Since leaving the borg over 7 years ago and losing everything I had, son, wife, home, business etc etc I have had a fair bit of time upon which to reflect upon the most viable effective way forwards. Living as I do though in one of the unemployment blackspots of Western Europe, it has not been easy to kick start my finances back into order, so obviously I'd rather go for more cash than time.
Living on the equivalent of 25-30 pounds (about $50-60) for 2 weeks is enough to do anyones nut in, the only way I see out of the situation is to come up with another business idea that way out accelerates my incurred expenses weekly, monthly etc.
The last time I did this I quickly propelled myself from nowt to earning in excess of 240 pounds (two hundred and forty) (aprox $400) an hour inside of 4 weeks. To find a similar breakthrough is what I am working upon at present.
Seriously I'm very worried about this situation at present. My home town has seen for 2 plus years concurrently now, the highest house price rises in the whole of the UK, typically, homes at 94,000 pounds - $138,000 2 years ago are now selling for 160,000 pounds - $220,000. Even to get back on to the first rung of the housing ladder would mean that I realistically have to earn in excess of 35 pounds ($55) per hour net continuously, just to keep my head above water.
The other option is to simply buy myself an old van (about 1300 pounds - $2000), convert it for living in and take to the road, luxurious not at all.
Right at this present time, completely and utterly broke, skint.
