  you don't say why you are inactive.. if you can control your tongue and not blurt out anything you have learned about ttatt, then perhaps no harm in agreeing to a visit if you feel the need to be polite and cooperative.

  Aaah, I worked in the Justice file room and I read our most famous vexatios litigant file. It is like an addiction. If I were them I would get free student legal advice and try and do as much for free as possible. Because she will never stop as long as she keeps being fed. Vexatious Litigation is a criminal offence and the couple can hand over all their evidence to the Prosecutor.

  Ditto what Steve said. The WTS cannot lay responsibility at medicine's feet for a potentially fatal belief. Shame on the Witnesses for allowing congregants to believe that they can stick to this doctrine and live too. This woman wanted a pain free life in senior- hood, which modern seniors are ever more coming to expect. Instead, she suffers a medaeval fatality. Stupid.

  and i feel sad.

  everything happened so fast, 1999 back from patterson, 2000 inactive and no longer an elder, 2001 smoking everything that planet earth offers, and now in love with a girl for a couple of months.

  i feel sad but liberated.

  do parents here feel a strong sense of responsiblity for raising their children as witnessess?

  an xwitness friend was saying she and her husband feel very bad for having brought up their children as witnesses and they feel they want to make amends but are unable to do so.

  what advice would you give them.

  It is tough to make amends if the kids are not listening. So the parents do have to show patience, and hope for a time when they can have a heart-to-heart. My favorite article on repentance and forgiveness:
