My wife sees the lack of love and.. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
by BU2B inin the past few weeks, my wife has been seeing more and more the lack of love and caring from jws.
for example, she is organizing a "princess party" for our 4 year old daughter.
a couple of the parents have expressed reservations about this since they think princesses may be "too magical" even though we know they have been to disneyworld, and watch the disney channel.

Oh, and I have a diabolical mind. Hubby and I have also socialized with Blondie and her husband, Onacruse and his lovely wife, Simon and Angharad. All were impeccably kind to hubby.

Here's some great steps on overcoming an ingrained phobia. She has an ingrained phobia of "worldly people".
http://www.wikihow.com/Overcome-Phobia
Small steps, each one gaining in confidence.
My hubby's comments regarding "worldly people" were largely academic, as he's always rubbed shoulders will all sorts of people. I also made sure he was socialized with people very different than ourselves. I considered it a booby trap to spring every time he spouted off something he read in the magazine about "worldly people". I would challenge him, "You mean like the Smiths next door? Do you think they are hopelessly depraved?"
Well, no
"Or how about the Johnstons? Do you think they are worthy of death, after they helped boost our car last winter?"
Um, no
"Or maybe our bus driver who always has a good word or a joke in the morning?"
You get my point.

Will the JW.Org Site make a difference ?
by Phizzy init will obviously make a difference to how jw's obtain their literatrash, they will have to download and print it all themselves before long.. it will make a small difference to the dtod work, they will now refer even genuine questions and interest etc to the site, not taking the opportunity to "witness" on the initial call at all.
this has been happening already to a degree.. the difference i am mainly interested in is the capture of new suckers in to the borg.. we will be able to see when we get 2014's figures, sometime next year, what the rate of increase was over the last ten years.. phizzy the prophet predicts that the rate of increase over the next ten years will not be significantly up.
probably down, but certainly, i feel, not so different from the last ten.. should i be around in ten years to do so, i will wish to ask jw's:.

This is the size of a screen in the third world:
I just saw a presentation on TED by Facebook's designer, and they check that their Facebook feed is compatible with screens like this. Has the WTS taken similar care with their website?

In answer to the OP,
Robbers cave study
The Robbers Cave Experiment by Muzafer Sherif represents one of the most widely known demonstrations of RCT. [4] Sherif's study was conducted over three weeks in a 200 acre summer camp, in Robbers Cave State Park, Oklahoma, with the focus being intergroup behavior. [3] In this study, researchers posed as camp personnel, observing 22 eleven- and twelve-year-old boys who had never previously met and had comparable backgrounds. [3] [8]
The experiment was divided into three stages. The first stage being “ingroup formation”, in which upon arrival the boys were split into two approximately equal groups based on similarities. Each group was unaware of the other group's presence. The second stage was the “friction phase”, wherein the groups were entered in competition with one another in various camp games. Valued prizes were awarded to the winners. This caused both groups to develop negative attitudes and behaviors towards the outgroup. The third and final stage was the “integration stage”. During this stage, tensions between the groups were reduced through teamwork-driven tasks that required intergroup cooperation. [8]
Sherif made several conclusions based on the three-stage Robbers Cave Experiment. [3] [8] From the study, he determined that because the groups were created to be approximately equal, individual differences are not necessary or responsible for intergroup conflict to occur. [8] As seen in the study when the boys were competing in camp games for valued prizes, Sherif noted that hostile and aggressive attitudes toward an outgroup arise when groups compete for resources that only one group can attain. [7] [8] Sherif also establishes that contact with an outgroup is insufficient, by itself, to reduce negative attitudes. [8] Finally, he concludes that friction between groups can be reduced along with positive intergroup relations maintained, only in the presence of superordinate goals that promotes united, cooperative action. 100 year Kingdom rule vs. "worldly governments"
by inbetween inthose of us, who still had to attend the convention this year, for whatever reason, might remember the talk given about the difference between human rulers and the kingdom since 1914.. .
sure, one can find many flaws with human rulership, and paint a picture of the perfect rule of gods kingdom in a paradise, literal and even spiritual right now (whatever this means).
but, here is another aspect:.

I figure the local elder body is the best example on earth of what it would be like under theocratic rule.
My prediction? Pot-holes left unfilled, starving widows and orphans.
