  Last year at nearly this time, I thought Armageddon had started and that I was going to be distroyed. It was the most distraught I've ever felt in my entire life. So scared that I was living one of the last days of my life. But days went by. Weeks went by. A year has gone by. I've learned so much in the past year. I've changed so much. Changed my mind about things that were holding me back from being free in so many ways. This has been one of the hardest years of my life... but also the most liberating.

  Please... respect everyone. Give out what you want to get back. It's the only way. It's the only way...

  well, the girl can downright sing!

  i'm happy she beat out justin (even though he is from my locale).

  personally, it should have come down to kelly vs. tamyra, but i digress.. questions:.

  i am so glad that kelly won. i've only seen two shows, the big band episode and last nights. kelly kicked ass on the big band show, i thought she was absolutely incredible. justin isn't a bad singer, he's just to squeaky clean, plasticy (if that's even a word), cheesy like velveeta. like a modern day tom jones. he sways back and forth with his legs spread like he's on a horse... ok, enough doggin on justin.

  i think kelly is really talented, but i doubt she'll be more then a one hit wonder.

  How did you view your congregation?

  when i was in my congregation i found it to be a very selfish self spirited congregation,i also found many witnesses to be very easily offended and hyper sensitive oh and i forgot the gossip ohh the gossip was horrendous, this hyper sensitivity really got on my nerves because it was starting to rub off on me and i started to get paranoid and easily offended and i was never like that b4.. and what pi@@ed me off was the fact how brothers on the stage said how loving our congregation was and what a good reputation it was known to have.. but now i have left and im back to my down to earth happy personality.

  That's funny apple, because in my old congregation, all the elders owned their own businesses, had nice cars with custom license plates, had big homes, wore expensive clothes and jewelery. There were a few middle/low class families, but the majority of the people were wealthy. And the people who were not were looked down upon, or pitied by the masses and brought into the "group" and pampered.

  It was one big clique with a few outsiders.

  I am a few hours south of Orlando but also wander up there ocassionally. When are you moving down?

  Safe, one of my best friends goes to USF, she talks about it constantly! She graduates in December... I don't know what she's going to do without USF stories.

  what did you miss in order to attend meetings?

  for me, it was the nfc championship game three years ago in order to attend the meeting, then, on top of that, the elders had *scheduled* a meeting for that day as well, to discuss the co visit.

  then there was a "supplemental" elder's school held a few years back that took me away from the afc title game.

  oh, i taped the stuff, but time-shift recording of sports just doesn't cut it.

  i have kept a few, mainly so i can have a good laugh now and then, and highlighting all the double talk.. what did you do with all your jw publications??

  All of mine is in a box somewhere in my parents garage, collecting dust. I still have the CD's near my computer as well, for reference. The only book I still have around is a copy of the NWT my Aunt had bound in green, with my initials on it, that she gave me for my baptisim.

  What Was Your Happiest Moment Ever?

  my happiest moment ever was my first birthday party, which was this year. my best friend, sunshine and her boyfriend, jason came down from nashville, my guitar teacher and another guitar player came over to my apartment as well. and about 10 of my closest friends were there (including my brother who is still a jw!). sunshine is a blues singer and jason plays incredible harmonica, my teacher played bass and his friend played slide guitar. and they jammed in the living room of my apartment for hours. jason played herbie man's "turkish coffee" which is MY song and always makes me cry. i spent time with my firends, laughed, sang, played guitar, and just felt loved and happy... non-stop... for an entire night. it was awesome.

  Ladies. Your Favourite Bunch Of Flowers Would Be?

  if i was to meet some of you ladies for the first time, i might be tempted to buy you a bunch of flowers, what spray tickles your fancy the most?

  i know for englishmans missus, her ladyship, her bunch of flowers would include freshias.

  please give me some advice on the appropriate action i should take if i met you for the first time.
