My Hyprocrite friend just got reinstated I found out on my facebook.

(because i know there are some on my facebook that are jehovah witnesses, but i support the exjehovah witnesses now, i honestly hate hyprocrites but i also understand the struggle it is to be on one side by force and still be attached to the other side because of family, i respect honest people and it's not my place to expose people, that what the jw elders do, i keep to my own business).. remember that july 2009 awake!
well notice these words on page 29:no one should be forced to worship in a way that he finds unacceptable or be made to choose between his beliefs and his family.

Anybody been dead before?
by Snotrag inby dead i mean not breathing and no heartbeat.
it took me a year to remember that i felt ,saw, experienced nothing.
the whole thing bummed me out even though i had bought in to what the teaching is before it happened.

advice for throwing a first-ever birthday party
by 2pink inwe are having a first ever birthday party for my daughter in a few weeks.
i have never been to a b-day party, as i grew up jw.. my daughter is turning 5.. any advice or party tips?
how many kids should i invite?

Dont have her open the gifts while the kids are still there or there will be fighting over them and maybe some kids/there parents being embaressed some1 gave something more expensive.Best to just have her do it after i think.

I apperently died for a few minutes from an accidental drug overdose but i was in a coma like state at the time from said overdose so i dont remember much from being dead or the day before or after that day,It should probably effect me more then it does.I feel nothing about the incident.

Are you an 'Ex Witness' or just you?
by creativhoney ini just wondered how people feel about this?
- do some only mix with other ex witnesses a couple of my friends, and it seems that by definition, they are 'ex witnesses' almost like a religion in itself.
- i would never define myself as an 'ex employee of xxx' as you leave it behind it doesnt define you.

News from Mother ship

2. major organizational changes about to start rolling out, one is changes to the "service committee" and titles, po to be done away with, thats all i know for now.
was told that if you are the sort of person that cant handle changes, you wont stay in the org for long.

Are Jehovah's Witness men good catches?

in particular, the ladies who are either current or former jw's.. about a year or so ago, my wife went with me to a church i was attending at the time.
we then later that morning attended a kh meeting.

In my experince jw men are self centered and conceited a gf or wife is largely a status symbol and another way to further there "theocratic goals" or they want sex.The very good witness men i have known have been older and just plan goodhearted. They would have been with or without being witnesses but as for the bad ones there bs was tolerated by witnesses where as it wouldnt be in the outside world for the most part

Cola at the District Convention

i was at the dollar store today and noticed they started carrying "shasta" cola.. i started laughing because they used to serve that skunk water at the district conventions when i was a kid.. they always brought in the cheapest, nastiest soda they could buy.. one year we had something called vess cola - that was actually worse than the shasta!
then, they ran out on sunday and had to buy pepsi from the local distributor - we were all rejoicing!!.

In the maritmes in canada there was some lovley sisters who made sandwiches there must have been a brigade to make like thousand sandwiches but yea they were delicious. And little things of yogurt and juice evreything seemed snack sized.The bring ur own lunch thing happened when i was really young tho.like 5 or 6
