Rorschach test for JWs
by 1914BS in(i think i spelt it right??).
99 out of 100 jws won't be able to spot the jest ---- why??.
because they are mentally conditioned thru 5 mind control meetings per week to ignore jests of any kind.. (the gb would never allow jests in the artwork).

Rorschach Test, if you look to long you have failed, the answer is what first comes to mind when seeing the image. There are no right or wrong answers, only how the psychologist score you.

Can't see it, but picture does make me ask this qestion:
how much has the jws contributed to the worlds pollution? e.g. being forced to attend aseemblies at far distances and the associated travel demands, do they recycle? do they activily promote clean enviroment programs? or do they just leave it up to others?

Would you save your life ? or die for your religion?
by LadyxNova inim non- jehovan witness, i am athiest/christian.
im 15.. i just want to ask why would people die for a belief instead of saving a life.
a life is much more sacred then a religion.. life is everything, it gives you good and bad choices etc.. the blood transfusion, i was reading couple of articles on how jehovahs witness people actually would die for a belief.. it really got me mad.

Life, life & Life.
I once refused to allow the doctors the use of blood during an operation on my throat, thank goodness the op went ok, so everything was fine, in the months after that i decided if i needed blood i would accept it. that was almost 30 years ago.

A Statement in the WTS from 10/25/09
by lepermessiah inthere was a statement in the wt study yesterday that really struck me.. i believe it was in the box pimping the "keep yourself in big brother's love" oops...."keep yourself in god's love" book.. it was a simple statement but hit me like a ton of bricks - furthering my resentment toward the hateful and indiscreet slave.. it said something like ..."many people have left jehovah's love" and went on to mention conduct instead of doctrine being the cause.. it really got me thinking:.
1) doesnt god love unconditionally?
isnt that why he sent jesus christ forth?.

have to agree with you on that,
Big question is, who decided on what books would go into the making of the Greek Scriptures? men, whom would most likely deemed as being apostate by WTS? just a thought, I really don't know the dettails.

how to the dubs explain away the dino's?
by highdose inhttp://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-1223244/colossal-sea-monster-unearthed-eaten-t-rex-breakfast.html.
you can't ignore this, yet there is nothing about it in the bible.
i noticed that the jw's seem to just brush over it, since they clearly can't explain it away or pretend its false!.

Last november I was back home in New Zealand visiting family & I was talking to my nephew about the dinos and some of the new vossils they had discovered, my sister inlaw picked up on it and accused me of not believing in the creation & the six thousand years of human existance crap, which I don't anyway but she not need to know that. I was always had the understanding that Jehovah had created many creatures long before humans and the jws accepted that dinos were part of Jehovahs creation, be it millions of years b4 man.

Conversion Went Badly
by VoidEater inmy aunt's father, a formerly life-long adherent to the apostolic church, became a witness last year.. i just learned he went to the last assembly and died.
tripped and hit his head on an armrest.. i'm waiting for the next round of email that talks about jehovah protecting his people with guardian angels.
maybe he missed the memo that this guy was entitled to divine intervention..

Many years ago members of my extended family were travelling to a circuit assembly and were involved in a very serious auto accident, there were serious physical injuries fortunately no one was killed. Was it time and unforeseen occurrence? in that there were serious injuries, or was it 'divine protection' in that no one was killed?
